"Energie & Architektur" special show Organiser: German Sanitation, Heating and Air Conditioning Federation (Zentralverband Sanitär, Heizung, Klima - ZVSHK) 6 - 10 March 2007 Hall 8.0 D94 An extremely eye-catching unicum with a height of eight metres marks the 'Energy & Architecture' special show with a presentation of tomorrow's building-services technology. Illustrated by current projects by renowned international architects, Energy & Architecture leaves no doubt about the significance that will be attached in the future to building-services technology designed for greater efficiency and resource conservation. These ideas, all of which put the focus of building planning on the use of energy, are not just planning exercises. Several of them are due to be built in the near future. Inside the tower, visitors to the ZVSHK stand can find out more about these projects in an audio-visual presentation and display boards. Besides 'big architecture', the special show also includes objects that can be regarded as exemplary interpretations of ultra-modern building-services technology. At six large information points in the centre of the exhibition stand, the Federation provides details of new areas of business open to the sanitation, heating and air-conditioning trade. In the spotlight: renewable energies that are competing more and more with the classic sources of energy, gas and oil. A heating-system comparison of four energy concepts in a single-family house built in accordance with the German Energy Saving Law 2007 (EnEV) reveals the strengths and weaknesses of the individual systems and system components. |
