EUROSOLAR are corrugated AISI 304 stainless steel PLT-CSST tubes from Eurotis with thermal insulation coating for solar installations.

They are equipped with films highly protective against UV rays and mechanical wear. This coating gives them considerable resistance to water vapor diffusion, thus ensuring the integrity of their thermal insulation performance. The maximum continuous operating temperature is 150 °C.

The tube is available in different diameters DN15, DN 20 and DN 25 o suit different types of plant.

EUROSOLAR tubes provide for the use of the four Eurotis connection systems:

• Flanging system: the tightness is made possible using a plane gasket (PLTCSST
  tube need to be previously flanged;
• Press-fitting system: the tightness is assured thanks to the compression of the
  fitting (and the gasket inside it) on the PLT-CSST tube;
• Double o-ring system: the tightness is made possible using 2 o-rings (PLT-CSST
  tube don’t need to be flanged;
• Fast connection system: the tightness is made possible using a gasket and a metal ring.

For a simpler and easier installation, Eurotis developed SolarPRESS.This is the first and only thermal solar stainless steel PLT-CSST pliable corrugated tube with pre-mounted e-PRESS fitting.

SolarPRESS System is composed by a roll of PLT-CSST double tube in AISI 304 stainless steel, with red roof color low thickness thermal insulation in expanded polyurethane and 2 fittings with swivel nut pressed to the tube.
2 blue and red coloured caps to protect the insulation and tube and 2 protective caps for the fittings are also included.

SolarPRESS System, thanks to 2 fittings with swivel nut pressed on the tube, is ready for connection to the solar panel. The tube end destined to tank connection is free, the installer can choose which is the best solution between Eurotis connection systems. ePRESS patented fittings guarantee the tightness of the tube-fitting joint thanks to two press points and the large size of the Eurotis gaskets.

EUROWATER are corrugated PLT-CSST tubes in AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel from Eurotis designed for plumbing systems. Compliant with EN 10028-7, they are suitable for the distribution of domestic hot and cold water.

The special structure of the tube, which is resistant to pressure and deformation, allows any shape, with angles of up to 180°, to be produced without the need for special bending tools, thus minimising the use of fittings.

EUROWATER AISI 304 tubes can also be coated with expanded polyethylene EPE CFC-free for use in heating systems.

Eurotis PLT-CSSTpiping systems combine the best tradition of reliability and solidity of steel tubes with the installation convenience of corrugated tubes and are ideal for all types of installations because they are available in different diameters: from DN 10 to DN 50.

EUROGAS are corrugated AISI 316L stainless steel PLT-CSST formable corrugated tubes from Eurotis, with a yellow LDPE protective coating conform to EN 15266 European standard suitable, for gas transport.

Available from DN12 to DN50, they comply with EN 15266 and are suitable for city, natural (methane) and LPG gas. PLT-CSST tube EUROGAS AISI 316L is also available in a version lined with "stellar coating". This type of sheath protects the tube, keeps it centered and prevents infiltration of gas into the wall cavities.

The special structure of the hose, resistant to pressure and deformation, allows easy and practical installation even in small spaces, limiting the use of fittings.

For safe installation, Eurotis has designed brass or nickel-plated brass fittings CW614N or CW617N.

In conjunction with Eurotis fittings, only NBR or HNBR gaskets according to EN 682 for gases supplied by Eurotis must be used to ensure a complete seal.
