Description

Insulation with SOLAR Covering is a patented product, covered with a special polymer external protection membrane, offering resistance against harsh weather and UV radiation and other atmospheric agents. It works ideally in a wide temperature range from -40°C to +80°C. Insulation with SOLAR Covering is suitable for applications in Plumbing, HVAC, Refrigeration and Solar Energy Market. Insulation with SOLAR Covering is available in Silver, Black & White Colour and has three (3) years warranty, as it has been tested according to EN4892-2 for its UV resistance.

Solar Covering has been enriched in seven (7) insulation types, all with an attractive appearance. They are oil and grease resistant and can be easily cleaned with a simple cloth. They are perfect for highly professional results.

  • ISOPIPE TC SOLAR Pipes: the NBR based flexible elastomeric foam insulation with significantly high percentage, 98.5%, of closed – cells with a UV-resistant and comes in white, silver and black colour, 2 meters and 1 meter pipes, with thicknesses 9, 13, 19, 25, 32, 40, 50 mm.
  • ISOPIPE TC SOLAR Bobbin: single or twin pipes, continuous length up to 600 m, available in all colours.
  • ISOPIPE TC SOLAR SG Pipes: the corrugated polymer protection membrane which offers all the protective properties and comes in white colour.
  • ISOPIPE TC SOLAR Slit & Seal: a pre-slitted insulation significantly reducing installation time & costs, with a secure double bonding, strong inner mesh tape and self-adhesive overlapping tape. Available in white colour.
  • ISOPIPE TC SOLAR TWIN: the new cutting-edge practical product for super-fast installation. Available with or without Integrated temperature sensor cable. Tubes are connected with a protective film, ensuring hassle-free separation.
  • ISOROLLS/ ISOSHEETS TC SOLAR: all colours are available.
  • ISOSYSTEM TC SOLAR: a custom-width sheet to accurately cover large pipes of any diameter, with engineered angle-cut ends to ensure proper fit and better edge bonding. All colours are available.

SOLAR Covering Series has several accessories like tapes, suitable for external use in demanding applications.
