Blauberg BlauAir: a complete energy-saving solution for commercial buildings

Blauberg BlauAir is a series of highly-efficient ventilation units with a rotary and plate heat exchangers allowing to create a compact, energy-efficient and complete ventilation system. The units ensure maintenance of the desired indoor temperature and humidity, heat energy recovery and air filtration. The Blauberg BlauAir units are designed for ventilation of residential, office and shopping premises, banks, cinema, concert and sports halls, hotels, swimming pools, industrial workshops, warehouses, supermarkets and other facilities.

The units come in eight standard sizes with different air flow rates: 800, 1200, 1500, 2500, 3500, 5000, 6000 and 9000 m3/h. All standard models are available without a heater (RH, CFP, CFH series), with an electric heater (RH-HE, CFP-HE, CFH-HE) or a water heater (RH-HW, CFP-HW, CFH-HW), and are ready for use with all necessary controls.

Rotary regenerator

• Two types: standard and enthalpy heat exchangers.
• High efficiency (up to 95%).
• Maintenance of comfortable humidity.
• Low risk of freezing.

Counter-flow heat exchanger

• Reliable separation of the supply and exhaust air, which prevents the transfer of moisture, dirt, odours and various microorganisms between the streams.
• The bypass duct with the automatic Belimo actuator provides active frost protection, free-heating and free-cooling functions.

EC motors

• Low power consumption at any speed.
• No need for external speed control.
• Compact size.

Frameless casing

• Better thermal resistance.
• Lower weight of the unit.
• No thermal bridges.
• Suitable for outdoor installation in cold climate.
