• The casing is made of galvanized sheet steel, and the damper blade is made of special insulating material, the damper blade shaft and push rod are made of galvanized steel, bearings are made of brass, seals made of polyurethane and elastomer
• Closed blade air leakage according to EN 1751, class 3
• Casing air leakage to EN 1751, class C
• The fire damper is equipped with a 72°C thermal fuse.

Used for maintaining constant air volume in ventilation systems without additional power supply

• Made of galvanized steel sheet, the damper blade is made of the anodized aluminum sheet
• Recommended airflow velocity from 3 to 8 m/s, at pressure difference >50 Pa
• Adjusting the required constant amount is done by turning of working screw on the right side of the cover
• Working temperature : -20...80°C
• Relative humidity: 5...80% rh
• Constant flow: ±10% set value
• Casing airtightness: Class C

Modular plenum boxes MPB

PBS

Plenum box design used with suspended ceiling systems. It is equipped as standard with high-efficiency thermal/acoustic insulation and a quick commissioning kit for regulation of the airflow. Two spigot connections for connection to the duct and PBV plenum box. The duct spigot connection is equipped with an EPDM rubber seal.

PBV

Slim plenum box for flush mounting with easily removable diffuser plates. Variable diffuser plate models are available. The diffuser plate is fixed with a “click-in” system and secured with connecting cord. It is connected to the PBS box with a spigot connection. The plenum box is always in 595x595 dimension, different sizes of the diffuser patterns are possible. The connection spigot is equipped with an EPDM rubber seal.

Smoke control damper is used in smoke extract systems.

• Smoke control damper is certified for installation in a concrete wall.
• Produced according to standard EN 12101-8 and tested according to EN 1366-10 and EN 1366-2 norms for smoke control systems
• Smoke control dampers come in dimensions from 200x440 mm to 1200x2040 mm. Volume flows up to 53760 m3/h with airflow velocities up to 10m/s.
• Damper casing is produced out of rigid, thermally stable calcium silicate material.
• Smoke control damper has two control positions: open and closed. In the case of smoke detection, the electric actuator receives a signal for opening the damper from the closed position.

A ceiling filtration unit is designed to supply clean and filtered air into areas with high demands for hygiene and dust-free environment, like pharmaceutical, food, chemical, space industries, etc. CFU-W offers a completely welded plenum design produced from steel sheet and powder-coated to RAL 9010, while CFU-R is a riveted plenum bod produced from galvanized steel sheet and powder-coated to RAL 9010.
