Our aluminum heat transfer plates are used for installing floor and wall heating systems with the use of dry technology. Heat transfer plates are an integral elements of heating systems based on EPS boards, acoustic boards and chipboards.

From now on, you can order our product both in the previous variants (length 1000 mm) and in the new solution - length 🔺1150 mm🔺 This is a long-awaited novelty for many of our contractors.

The system in which instead of foil and clips, a castellated board with tabs is
used. It allows you to lay a pipeline of any shape while maintaining appropriate
distances. Regular and numerous tabs, appropriately shaped, keep the heating
pipes in place. These mats are made of deeply pressed, 1 mm thick layer of
polystyrene.

Modern design and a change of concept from the
traditional system turnstile with vertical axis on
the roller system, makes easier and faster exploitation
of the decoiler. It also contributed to the
reduction of the dimensions of the device itself.
For example, the new design allows one person to
load 600 m of Φ16 x 2.0 mm pipe coil on the decoiler.
Additionally, the decoiler is easily transported
from construction place to another construction
place, thanks to the fast folding of a mechanical
structure.

Tacker gun is an ergonomic device used for an effective fixing of underfloor heating
pipe using clips. Tacker gun is dedicated to and works perfectly with TiA
clips. The available sizes of the clips are: 38, 40, 45, 50 or 60 mm. The device
enables an appropriate adjustment system that protects the clips from falling
out and allows to set the force of the arm returning to the base position. The
improved and ergonomic design makes the work even easier. The usage of an
inspection window with a flap, simplifies the removal of blocked clips inside the
tacker by probable jam.
