Forge Tronic® is the only electric press on the market specific for the hot-forging of brass fittings, valves, nuts for HVAC, water, gas, heating industry. The press allows the forging of flash-free (trimmed) brass components (non-ferrous metals and lead-free copper alloys such as EcoBrass) and is totally electric, thus allowing the process to be more precise, stable and repeatable over the time and therefore get perfect quality parts.The press has the lower power consumption on the market (max. 30 kW) and allows high production volumes (up to 6000 parts per hour).

UNICA LOADING is an innovative automation solution for machine tool tending.

Depending on the type of machine and the production needs, such as the type of parts or the available space, it is possible to choose between 4 configurations: with rotary table, vibratory bowl feeder, 3D bin picking or conveyor belts.

It is an extremely compact solution with reduced overall dimensions, perfect for companies who need automation, but have space constraints, and it is particularly suitable for high cycle times. Its high flexibility and versatility also allow it to be easily moved and transported and adapted to other machines.

The extreme ease of use and configuration make it possible to handle different types of parts and tooling is made quick and easy (around 10 minutes). The access to the machine is safe without barriers, for a better man-machine interaction. This solution also guarantees an efficiency of > 95% and the payback is less than 1 year.

Easy 30 Tronic is the new 100% electric robotic trimming line, that is perfect for trimming brass components.
One of its greatest strengths is the speed: it is possible to automatically trim 2700 pieces/hour,  +30% increase over the previous hydraulic versions.
In addition, the robot and the trimming press have been fully integrated, allowing the cycle time to be reduced to a minimum.

All machine components are adjustable in position, speed and force control: all advantages that only the electric technology can guarantee. The trimming process is therefore even more precise and totally repeatable.
The workpiece flipping device (patented) is also fully electric, which allows to adjust the position, speed and angle of rotation.

This ensures that the parts are turned 100% correctly and therefore maximises the repeatability of the process, avoiding interruptions or rejects.
The continuity of the trimming process is also ensured by the presence of 4 pick-up conveyor belts that allow the robot to always have a part ready for pick-up.

The IA-Pocket is a compact warehouse with a modular structure. There are a total of 24 trays (12+12) for loading and unloading the workpieces, which are palletised in fixed positions.
The warehouse has two operator accesses that can be reached in total safety: one for loading trays with unmachined parts and the other for unloading the trays with machined parts. The main advantage of this solution is that it has a compact structure and therefore takes up little space and is also highly flexible: it is possible to process different types of parts, in both small and large quantities, but above all it guarantees high buffer times, since each tray moves automatically to position itself in the working area of the robot.

Our DRS vision system locates the raw parts accurately for fast and precise loading into the machine(up to 1.5 seconds per part). The parts can be fed with various solutions, including step elevators, tippers, hoppers, bowl feeders, conveyor belts, palletising systems, etc.
