KHS Hygiene Flush Box
KHS Hygiene Flush Box
Stagnation prevention has never been so economical
Stagnant areas in drinking water installations can pose serious risks to drinking water hygiene. They occur when the intended maximum use does not occur regularly. KHS Hygiene Flush Boxes help to restore the scheduled intended use through automated “forced withdrawals”. Water exchanges can be carried out in a controlled manner using the time, temperature and volume parameters. The KHS Hygiene Flush Boxes take into account the varying functional requirements of different building types. Three versions offer an economically optimal solution in each case:
- PURE for time-controlled interval flushing operation in small buildings (e.g. nurseries)
- PRO for large buildings with special hygiene strategies (e.g. hospitals)
- LITE for buildings with special cybersecurity requirements (e.g. military buildings)
A special design feature is the all-in-one concept: the variable installation housing enables either flush-mounted or surface-mounted installation. Thanks to their ultra-quiet water exchanges, the KHS Hygiene Flush Boxes are also perfect for buildings where comfort is important. Fast commissioning and permanent independent function checks are further highlights from the extensive feature list.

MULTI-THERM PRO
The solution for wireless, digital hot water circulation systems
With MULTI-THERM PRO, KEMPER is taking the success story of the proven, thermostatic circulation balancing valve MULTI-THERM into the future: with an upgrade that makes the digitalisation of hot water circulation systems revolutionarily simple! Both in existing and new buildings.
Digital networking: simply economical
MULTI-THERM PRO demonstrates that the digital networking of hot water circulation systems doesn't automatically have to be associated with tremendous costs and a lot of work: no wiring for data transport and energy supply, no external temperature sensors.
Retrofitting from MULTI-THERM to MULTI-THERM PRO in under a minute
The digital upgrade of existing MULTI-THERM balancing valves with the wireless control module PRO is possible with very little technical effort: Simply replace the existing thermostatic balancing bonnet with the wireless control module PRO and connect it to the gateway. Done.
Reliable function: sustainable, fast, cost-efficient
The wireles control module PRO adds a digital control head to the balancing valve in the to connect and balance hot water circulation via a central command level. The MULTI-THERM PRO communicates by radio via a “Low Power Wide Area Network”, LPWAN for short. Thanks to longer radio waves, this technology also penetrates walls and ceilings, thus ensuring a stable, secure connection in the whole building - from the roof right down to the lowest level. The connection to the command level or KEMPER cloud is via the PRO WaterManager. The wireless control module PRO generates the supply energy autonomously but using the difference between the ambient and media temperature (energy harvesting) - and thus manages without any batteries or connection to the power supply.

KHS CoolFlow for cold water circulation
Maintaining drinking water hygiene in a resource-saving and sustainable way - by actively maintaining the temperature of cold water
Rising outside temperatures make it difficult to maintain the temperature
in cold water
In Germany, too, drinking water is only available to a limited extent in some regions during the summer months. This trend is being exacerbated by climate change, making it even more difficult to maintain drinking water hygiene. In order to realise a cold water temperature < 25 °C, the rising temperatures in buildings are generally countered with an increased frequency of temperature-controlled flushing measures. If the problem of a parallel rise in the building entrance temperature is added to this, the effectiveness of the flushing measures decreases even further - the water consumption increases drastically. Ergo: Maintaining hygienically uncritical cold water temperatures is only possible, if at all, with an immense consumption of the valuable resource of drinking water, and this with decreasing availability.
The solution: Active temperature maintenance with KHS CoolFlow
KEMPER KHS CoolFlow makes flushing measures for pure temperature maintenance in cold water installations redundant thanks to active temperature maintenance. A cooler and special thermostatic balancing valves are used in a cold water circulation system. This enables the system to guarantee permanent temperature maintenance < 20 °C. Combined with the flow splitter technology of the KEMPER KHS hygiene system, the circulation even works right up to the tapping points! KHS CoolFlow effectively saves drinking water, scores points with its low energy consumption and therefore usually pays for itself in less than two years.

FROSTI®
FROSTI® - The new level of sophisticated technology
Innovation hand in hand with the skilled trades
KEMPER has equipped its tried-and-tested, sophisticated frost-proof outdoor tap FROSTI® with new, useful features that enable the plumbing professional to save time and simplify installation and offer the end customer added operating safety and performance. The new development is the result of intensive discussions with experienced plumbers about adverse installation situations, critical end users, improper handling and unwanted access by third parties. Numerous problem-solving ideas and the new product features were developed on the basis of the knowledge gained.
New functions, new installation benefits, proven gunmetal
The top highlight of FROSTI® is the new operating handle with integrated overwind protection, which prevents damage to the fitting due to excessive closing torque: a gain in safety and convenience that satisfies end customers and minimises the risk of complaints! Thanks to the revised design, the valve blends into the wall environment in a visually appealing way. The operating handle, socket key handle and lockable handle are characterised by a uniform, harmonious design language.
In terms of ease of installation, the valve scores highly with the flexible collar, which also compensates for the angle of the sloping hole and ensures a clean, flush finish. This effect gives the valve additional support. The façade is not damaged when the outlet housing is tightened, preventing the thermal insulation from being pressed in. The newly designed mounting surfaces on the valve body offer the plumber the greatest possible support for optimum installation and enable installation without damaging the surface. The fitting also has an optimised anti-twist protection that locks securely into the fitting and thus protects the connection to the drinking water pipe from radial and axial forces during installation.
The corrosion-resistant, durable gunmetal material supports functional reliability and the maintenance of drinking water hygiene.
End users benefit from the unsurpassed new discharge rate of up to 45 l/min at 1 bar in DN 20 (40 l/min in DN 15).
The right valve for every application
FROSTI® is available as a kit version for installation during the shell construction phase (XL version for installation depths of up to 530 mm) and as a pre-assembled version for installation with the façade already completed.
