The OJ DC series is developed according to the DV series standards, combining EC (electronic commutation) and FC (frequency converter) technologies.

OJ DC is built on proven OJ technology in the existing DV series. The drives come in two compact housing sizes and have a power range span from 4kW to 15kW, depending on your needs and system requirements.

Durability has been an essential keyword throughout the R&D phases, rendering DC ideal for central and decentralised locations where environments get rough. The new drives have high ingress protection and NEMA rating of IP54/IP65 and NEMA 4X, respectively.

The OJ DC series continuously operates in almost any environment from -40°C to +50°C / -40°F to +122°F.

Energy savings are the first step toward increasing sustainability in your business. The OJ DC series saves energy while providing reliable, highly efficient power for the compressor. With OJ DC, there will be an efficiency of up to 97%.

Like the OJ DV series, the DC series comes with a fully integrated EMC filter and therefore meets the criteria for emissions and immunity in industrial and residential areas and complies with EN 61800-3 (C1 and C2).

The OJ DV GEN II series takes performance to the next level

A series of drives dedicated to ventilation systems comprising 13 output variants (from 0.5 to 15 kW) fitted in four different frame sizes to match any rooftop fan, plug fan, or AHU application. The OJ DV GEN II offers 230/400/480 & 600V supply.

Improved Design
The OJ DV Gen II series offers a flexible installation design – they can be mounted inside or outside the airflow.

OJ DV GEN II series is suitable for any system, as it can be configured specifically for your application. Adding option modules and mounting a cooling fan on the OJ DV GEN II series enlarge the application use. Moreover, the OJ DV GEN II series has been extended and can now be provided with a local user interface.

Easier Access and Secure Mounting
The OJ DV GEN II series removable front cover design allows easy access to the connection compartment and provides sufficient space for connecting the option module cables. The front cover facilitates safe mounting on the aluminum frame, securing the desired sealing grade.

Controlling
The OJ DV GEN II series can be controlled using a 0-10V or a 4-20mA signal and through Modbus RTU or BACnet MS/TP. In addition, the digital input and output interfaces can be used to determine and configure the control method.

Grid immunity
The OJ DV GEN II series offers Over Voltage Detection, allowing the drives to survive in most types of grids worldwide. Our drives are robust and handle grid disturbance, such as notches, spikes, and transients.

Built-in EMC filter
The OJ DV GEN II series comes with a fully integrated EMC filter and therefore meets the emissions and immunity norms for industrial and residential areas according to EN 61800-3 (C1 and C2) and FCC §47 part 15 B. and ICES-003.

Drives for Rotary Heat Exchangers

The DRHX drives have a self-cooling design, eliminating the need for additional cooling, such as fans. The gear-free technology ensures accurate control throughout a broader range of speeds. Our patented sensorless software monitors the rotation of the rotor, which means that no physical/optical rotor guard is required. This gives you a simple, efficient solution, and with fewer components, you also get an easier installation.

Combining a high-torque stepper motor with a closed-loop sensorless control gives you more accurate, energy-efficient control. The drive regulates the current to the exact level required to achieve the right speed and torque. Patent granted.

OJ DRHX Constant Speed lets you master the new technology of a stepper motor in the most basic way. The setting is either on or off. You’ll typically use these drives in simple cooling/ventilation systems. When on, the motor will run at one of four predefined speeds. It is a cost-efficient solution when you do not need a demand-driven application.

The drives cover from 1 Nm to 8 Nm.

With RS-485 control, the drive can both send and receive information. This provides advanced control, allowing energy recovery from the air to be adjusted as required.

This solution is often used in an AHU system. The user interface provides visual information via a triple-colour LED.

Modbus and 0-10V control leave you with all options of advanced control and optimization of energy consumption and air quality. A 3×7 segment display provides user information on actual performance and error messages.
