In its more than 50-year history, the Association of Air-Conditioning and Ventilation in Buildings (Fachverband Gebäude-Klima e. V.) has developed into the leading body representing the German air conditioning and ventilation industry. In this role, the FGK represents the interests of its approximately 300 members in their dealings with market partners, politics, the economic system, standardisation institutions and science. By employing intensive political communication, the association exerts influence on regulatory requirements as well as on standards from the related area of building equipment technology.
