Surface heating and cooling systems for floors, walls and ceilings:
VarioComp – the 20 mm floor heating system in drywall construction
Ideal for new buildings or refurbishment: the VarioComp floor heating is just 20 mm thick and can be easily and simply installed retrospectively. The gypsum fibre boards are laid in a drywall construction.
ModuleWall – wall heating and cooling in drywall construction
The modular wall heating/cooling system can be installed on walls and in pitched roofs. And during the summer, the rooms can be comfortably cooled through the wall – with one and the same system.
ModuleCeiling – ceiling cooling and heating in drywall construction
A water-bearing surface cooling system cools the rooms to a comfortable temperature, silently and without forced air. During the winter, the ModuleCeiling heats the rooms to a cosy temperature. Also available with a sound-absorbent acoustic surface.
Floor heating for wet screeds
The water-bearing floor heating for screed is installed invisibly in the floor and distributes the warmth over the entire floor. Floor heating is a low-temperature system and operates with low flow temperatures of between 26 and 40 °C – depending on the outside temperature.
Wall heating and cooling for plastered interior finishing
For plastered interior finishing, the wall heating/cooling can be adapted to all design requirements: both large and small surfaces can be efficiently used. During the summer, it cools the rooms to a pleasant and healthy temperature.
Skirting heating systems
Skirting heating systems create a veil of warm air along the walls. This turns the wall into a supplier of heat and warms the room through radiant heat. The cold from the outside is screened off.
Floor trench heating
Trench heating systems are sunk into the floor and end flush with the floor covering. They are installed directly in front of glass surfaces. A veil of warm air is created along the cold glass surfaces. The cold remains outside, while the room is comfortably warm.

Drywall floor heating
Super-slim with a construction height of just 20 mm
Invisible, energy-saving heating through the floor. The warmth is distributed over the entire floor and heats the room evenly and comfortably. Floor heating operates with radiant heat, which is absorbed via the feet and which then spreads throughout the body. Due to the low flow temperatures, hardly any convection is created, and the room remains free of dust circulation. AND: bothersome radiators are no longer needed.
The super-slim floor heating in drywall construction is excellently suited both to new buildings and for sensitive refurbishment. The VarioComp floor heating is just 20 mm thick and can be easily and simply installed retrospectively. The gypsum fibre boards are laid in a drywall construction.

This, combined with the better regulation options, means that lower floor temperatures than in other floor heating systems are possible.
Climate friendly and environmentally friendly
All VarioComp panels are made from gypsum fibre boards that have been tested for their biological properties. The tested complete system has been awarded a range of quality and environmental certificates.
Quick reaction time
A comparative test shows that the VarioComp surface heats up 2.5 hours faster than the screed floor system. And cools down faster avoiding overheated rooms.
Simply and quickly installed
The specially milled routings in the VarioComp panel (18 mm) guarantee fast laying on all even subsurfaces (concrete, wood structures or other solid surfaces). The entire surface board is routed, which guarantees fast and efficient pipe laying over the complete area.

Drywall ceiling/cooling system
The healthy alternative to air conditioning
Ceiling cooling is a healthy alternative to standard air conditioning systems, and can also be installed retrospectively: in apartments, family homes, offices, sales rooms and large halls. The ceiling cools the entire ceiling area, and an even, comfortable temperature is created throughout the room.
The surface of the ModuleCeilings can also have a sound-absorbing acoustic function. And the best thing: During the winter, the ModuleCeiling will heat your room to a comfortable and cosy temperature.
One system, three functions: cooling + heating + sound reduction

Cooling and ceiling in one. A totally flexible panel system! The VarioModule pipes are integrated in the gypsum fibreboards tested for health and safety. In winter, the ModuleCeiling can also be used as a ceiling heating system if it is connected to a heat source.
ModularCeiling-Acustic
ModulePanels can as an option be installed with a noise absorbing acoustic surface. The acoustic ceiling dampens the noise and absorbs a part of the sound through the hole pattern and acoustic fleece. More precisely, it reduces the reverberation time in the room.
Our special detail: With Variotherm, the holes of the acustic panels are not covered by cooling/heating elements. This is the only way to ensure certified, guaranteed noise reduction. The 18 millimetre-thick gypsum fibre board panels are available now with two different hole patterns: With the 8 millimetre block perforation or 6 and/or 12 millimetre surface perforation, the customer can design the ceiling according to their wishes.
Simply and quickly installed
The flexible Variotherm ModulePanels are flexible and adaptable. They are very easy to install. As a substructure, both metal and wood constructions are suitable.

Wall heating/cooling in drywall construction
An optimum temperature, 365 days a year
With water-bearing wall heating, the warmth is distributed over the entire wall area via a pipe system – the surface is evenly heated. The room quickly becomes warm.
Wall heating uses radiant heat: the infra-red waves hit furnishings and unheated surfaces at right-angles. They emit this energy in turn in the form of heat. In this way, people in the room are warmed directly without the heat having to pass through air.
We experience this warmth as being particularly natural and comfortable, since it is similar to the heat from the sun. An added plus: no convection – no more dry room air during the winter.
The system is flexible and can be installed in any wall or roof pitch. With a panel thickness of just 18 mm, the ModuleWall saves a great deal of space. Now, there’s nothing more to stand in the way of attic floor extensions.
During the summer, the water flows through the pipes at a temperature of around 16 °C, keeping rooms comfortably cool.

Plastered wall heating/cooling
Comfortable rooms all year round
Does it feel comfortably warm inside, even though there are no radiators to be seen? Then the warmth is coming from the wall. The water-bearing pipes are hidden in the wall and heat the room to a cosy temperature, even in the coldest winter months. Unlike convection heating systems, wall heating warms the room comfortably and without forced air, using radiant heat.
And in the summer, the wall heating turns into a cooling system. Instead of warm water, cold water flows through the heating pipes.
