Arka Sp. z o.o. was established in 1999 and has specialized in the sanitary and heating installation industry from the very beginning. In 2014, leveraging the knowledge we had gained, we transformed our commercial activities into a company that builds both the product and the philosophy of sales from the ground up.
In our Implementation and Development Department, we work on technical solutions, testing them in our laboratory and optimizing them in collaboration with Koszalin University of Technology. We hold 8 patents for inventions, 6 registered utility models, and 6 industrial designs.
We outsource the majority of production for finished goods under our own brands. In 2023, we completed the construction of a modern production and warehouse facility covering 1,830 m², where we manufacture manifolds, pump groups, and manifold cabinets. Our company actively serves over 1,800 customers across Poland.
Since 2018, we have been expanding exports, supplying products to 11 countries in Europe. With substantial stock reserves in warehouses totaling 4,500 m² and an efficient logistics system, we deliver goods domestically within 12–24 hours. We offer both warranty and post-warranty services as well as regular technical training for our clients and installers.
We are members of the Koszalin Chamber of Industry and Commerce and support the National Association of Installation and Service Companies. Since 2023, we have also been part of the Association of Heating Equipment Manufacturers and Importers. Since 2009, we have operated in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 certification.
