The tightness tests are carried out at 100% of the production: each piece is tested individually and is immersed in water by internally applying pressurized air in order to test all the parts of the tube, mainly the welds. Sampling tests, including destructive ones, are also carried out in the internal laboratory, as required by the specific regulations in force.
