The Liberty air handling units are fully assembled in one part as standard on a supporting frame. Optionally, the air handling unit can be supplied in sections or as a flat pack for on-site assembly. The AHUs are supplied for indoor or outdoor installation in a single version (E), stacked version (DV) or supply and discharge part next to each other (DH).   Air handling units can be cabled and additionally equipped with a pre-programmed integrated control system from the Priva fabrication. It is also possible to install a control panel supplied by third parties and to cable components to a connection box.

The Liberty air handling unit is constructed as a cage construction consisting of corner profiles and intermediate profiles with double wall panels and inspection doors.The whole AHU is mounted on a polyester support frame.

The panels and hatches consist of a composite inner and outer panel thick 2 mm with 70 mm intermediate polyurethane insulation.The inner panel is equipped with a PET film.All panels and hatches have a permanent double polyurethane seal on the inner and outer surfaces.
The coupling between the inside and outside panel ensures a high vapor resistance of the panel.

Liberty Air handling units can be provided with various components to meet the customers desires:

• Air intake section – standard equipped with a polypropylen droplet separator.
• Aluminium dampers with contra rotating wings composite bearings and rubber sealings. Equipped with wired actuators as a standard.
• Filtersections are provided with a stainless steel filter frame (AISI 316). Water repellend polyurethane sealings.  Standard M5 bag filters at the air outlet and F7 filters at the air intake. Various types and classifications according to EN 779-2012 are possible.
• Heat recovery sections – with heat wheel type condensation roter, hygroscopic rotor or sorption rotor. (All rotors equipped with motor). Also plate heat exchanger with bypass and face dampers and twin coil sections are available. Alle according to the actual ERP guide lines
• Heating section – indirect heating coils in copper aluminium, steel, stainless steel with or without coating are possible.
• Cooling section – provided for cold water, dx or as a change over version. Standard positioned with droplet separator, stainless steel drip tray or provided with Marothane coating.
• Fan section – fan wall with small EC fans have become in interesting alternative. Liberty AHU’s can be provide with any brand, we use EBM Paps, Ziehl Abegg, or Rosenberg fans as a standard.
• Attenuators- depending on the required noise level, we can provide any length of attenuator.
   

The AHU construction meets the best classification for mechanical strength, air leakage, filter bypass leakage, thermal transmission and thermal bridging according to NEN-EN 1886. T1/TB1/D1/L1/F9
