HVAC TECHNOLOGY IN A CLASS OF ITS OWN

The optimal solution for every application and requirement!
The WK-com, WK-com H, WK-com THERMO and WK-com PRO unit series in versatile designs ensure that the technically best, most efficient and most economical option is available for every individual area of application. All executions comply with the current standards, regulations and ordinances. The hygiene requirements of VDI 6022 are met as standard in all unit series.
The requirements of DIN 1946-T4 are met according to customer specifications and are confirmed by the type examination and certification of the Hygiene Institute of the Ruhr Area.
The unit designs can be freely configured in terms of dimensions, equipment, execution and function using certified and externally monitored design software (TÜV/RLT-manufacturers' association/EUROVENT). All unit series are available for indoor or outdoor installation.
Construction and variants
The WK-com basic construction in plugged and screwed design is the basis for all WK-com unit series. The inherently stable and self-supporting frame construction consists of plugged and screwed special profiles and aluminum die-cast corner connectors, which are used in various thicknesses, materials and executions, according to the requirements and area of application. The mechanical stability of class D1, according to measurements by TÜV-Service GmbH in accordance with DIN EN 1886 (M), is ensured for all versions!
The cladding panels inserted in the frame construction in an airtight manner are filled with non-flammable mineral wool insulation of class A and are optimized in terms of energy and sound. For all unit series, the maximum casing tightness of class L1 is achieved, according to measurements by TÜV-Service GmbH in accordance with DIN EN 1886 (M)!
The WK-com THERMO unit series is manufactured with an additional panel of 50 mm wall thickness surrounding the frame construction, in an airtight tongue and groove construction. The measurements of TÜV-Service GmbH according to DIN EN 1886 (M) confirm the excellent class of the thermal casing design of class T1 and TB1.
The design of the casing inner surfaces can be individually adapted to the requirements.

The WK-com unit series can be individually calculated and manufactured in all dimensions in height and depth and can therefore be ideally adapted to the conditions on site.

Future-proof design
The new EC-F-Gas Regulation (No. 517/2014) defines that manufacturers have to use refrigerants with a low GWP value (Global Warming Potential) in their units, contributing a lot to a reduction of CO2 emissions.
We at WOLF are using the climate-friendly R513A, so that you can operate your air handling unit with integrated cooling technology safely, maintenance-friendly and correctly even in the future.
The refrigerant R513A with a GWP of only 613,4 is able to reduce the potential CO2 emission to a third compared to conventional refrigerants such as R407C or R410A, contributing to a sustainable usage of modern refrigeration technology.
The new R513A is a mixture of refrigerants, consisting of 50 % of R134A and 50 % of R1234yf. By mixing the safety refrigerant R134a (A1) and the conditionally combustible refrigerant R1234yf (A2L), the refrigerant R513A (A1) is not combustible.

Two SOLUTIONS – one system
The extensive possibilities of our measuring and regulating technology offer the right solution for each plant. The pre-configured WOLF C-MAX compact presents a compact and cost-optimized unit. For individual requirements, we provide WOLF C-MAX flex program, fulfilling any requests of a ventilation regulation.
Plant-specific ex Works
From compact ceiling unit to roof central with refrigeration and humidification control. For customer-friendly commissioning, WOLF C-MAX is already configured ex works specifically for each plant. For commissioning only the nominal values, fixed speeds, volume flow, pressure and switching times have to be adjusted individually by customer.
Easy and Comfortable Handling
All important settings can be adjusted comfortably on the clearly legible control unit. Choose kind of operation, temperature or requested operating time. On the optional touch control unit, the plant functions can also be monitored as a graphic scheme.

THERM-CONNECT systems by WOLF enable an efficient transfer of heat or cold without mixing the air flows. Es-pecially for projects in hygiene zones or limited space (for example reconstructions), THERM-CONNECT is the ideal choice. Hygiene secondary air device for use in hygienically demanding areas such as hospitals, day clinics, outpatient surgery centers, doctor's offices, dialysis centers, production and preparation centers rooms for processing medical devices. WOLF secondary air cooling device HY-QUIET COOL LINE for cooling, heating and filtering secondary air for hygienically demanding rooms and areas. The HY-QUIET COOL LINE complies with the specifications and requirements of DIN 1946-Part 4 and is certified by an independent testing agency. The device design and structure is designed for false ceiling installation. All interior surfaces and built-in parts are smooth and dirt deposits are excluded, are optimally accessible for maintenance and cleaning and are resistant to disinfectants. All gaskets and sealants used are inert and resistant to disinfectants.

The FB-A flex offers you flexibility!
The use of current EC technology in conjunction with reliable sickle-bladed axial fans or pioneering high performance radial fans with an extremely stable curve across the entire performance range forms the basis for a performance optimised, highly efficient method of operation without compromise.
The exclusive 12-cornered unit housing made of stable sheet steel with high grade powder coating is visually attractive and blends harmoniously into all room concepts. The housing is inclined 5° towards the living space for energy optimised pre-handling of this air current.
Air is distributed via six discharge fins, which are arranged all around the circumference and can be removed without any tools. These are each equipped with four aerodynamically shaped, individually adjustable and flow optimised air guide fins. This ensures user defined air current distribution and control.
The FB-A flex can be designed and used for heating operation or for combined heating/cooling operation.
Units with a cooling function are equipped with a condensate pan sloping on one side towards the pump reservoir.
All discharge fin combinations can be fully removed quickly and easily without tools for maintenance purposes, and allow free access to the heat exchanger, pump reservoir and float switch.
The WOLF FB-A flex is designed to be used as a ceiling unit for heating and/or cooling operation, for recirculating air, mixed air or outdoor air operation to ensure maximum thermal comfort in challenging applications.
