Technical specifications for Fittings :

• • CODITAL SYSTEM® SERIES 25 fitting is based on a TH crimping profile. This is the most common and predominant profile in the multi-layer systems market.
  • CODITAL SYSTEM® SERIES 26 fitting offers a TH and U multi-profile crimping design.
• CW617N-4MS brass body. Robust design and material compliant with 4MS requirements for  use with drinking water.
• Double (series 25) or triple (series 26) EPDM O-ring sealing certified for drinking water.
• Anti-electrolysis plastic stopper with viewing window to detect the presence of the pipe, ensuring good installation. Allows to insulate the aluminum layer of the tube, eliminating any phenomenon of galvanic corrosion with brass.
• 304 stainless steel crimp sleeve. Robust and corrosion resistant, it guarantees the longevity of the connection.
• ISO 228-1 (BSPP) threaded end.

• • CODITAL SYSTEM® offers a wide range of pipes in different format

• Two layers of cross-linked polyethylene (PEX-b): the most efficient material in terms of lifetime, mechanical and high temperatures resistance. Opaque matte white finish that blends perfectly with interior walls.
• An intermediate layer of welded aluminum guaranteeing total impermeability to oxygen and UV rays. It provides dimensional stability (low thermal expansion) and reinforces the tube while maintaining great flexibility.
• Two layers of binder unify the elements into a homogeneous and stable structure. They contribute to the exceptional mechanical properties of the tube while preventing layer delamination.
• Total traceability: CODITAL SYSTEM® brand, NF logo and approval number, material, size, pressure class, production batch.
