Fittings
We provide type testing for fittings to be used with plastic pipes like Pex-, multilayer and PE-pipes and copper tubes - EN ISO 15875 for PEX-pipes and EN ISO 12201 for PE-pipes. Pressure testing with water can be done up to 50 bar. Plastic fittings: bending test EN ISO 3503, pressure cycling test EN 12295, vacuum test EN 12294, pull-out test EN ISO 3501, thermal cycling test EN 12293, resistance to internal pressure ISO 1167 Copper tube fittings: Push-fitting: EN 1254-6 (internal pressure, pull-out resistance, temperature cycling, pressure cycling, vacuum, vibration, bending, rotation). Compression fittings: EN 1254-2 pull-out

Eurofins provides accredited and recognized testing on Raw Material (KTW and EN16421 (microbial growth))
