Lightweight shaft system for all standard fireplaces for refurbishment and new construction

This system consists of a shaft made of 45 mm thick THERMAX SL® thermal insulation panels in combination with the proven Schräder exhaust gas systems "Sanro - Aqua", "Future E" or "Future C" in the pipe diameters DN 80 to 600 mm, which are suitable for connection to all standard fireplaces in positive and negative pressure. It is not necessary to additionally insulate the pipe system with insulating sleeves (exception: LAS operation for solid fuels).

Thanks to the lightweight construction of the shaft, which is equipped with a spring system on one side, the installation can be carried out without any problems. The pipe elements and fittings are made of stainless steel (1.4404) as standard and are designed as usual with an expansion or bead side. The capillary effect within the tube column is prevented by the introduction of beads.

The Schräder System Future - Therm has the fire resistance class LA 90 and therefore does not have to be covered additionally.

With the lightweight chimney Future-Therm 45, Schräder is presenting the first certified lightweight chimney at ISH. The renowned Passive House Institute in Darmstadt has issued the certificate for the chimney as a passive house component and will present it at the ISH. The certification fulfils additional requirements in the thermal and building physics fields.
