• Communal flue system
  With the optimized design of the floor connector based on our introduced bayonet-connection, the further connection to the boiler is intuitive. The attuned fixing option allows secure fastening outside the shaft and with a small drill hole. Specially designed for installation in narrow shafts.
  
  
• Non-return valve
  The newly developed and patented backflow protection non-return valve offers outstanding protection against the backflow of flue gases and is thus an excellent addition for the operation of condensing boilers in a cascade, and collective flue systems. The safeguard function is supported and enhanced by the sophisticated design. The asymmetrically mounted siphon allows to maintain the largest possible line cross-section, thus reducing the flow resistance.

• PP Bracket single wall and concentric
  The range of PP brackets with double closure ensure a quick, easy and safe fixation of the flue systems, single wall as well as concentric. See our brochure for all the fascinating features.

• PP Locking clamp
  This locking clamp ensures that installed single wall rigid plastic flue gas products cannot disconnect over time. It provides additional security when used in a shaft or as an extra safety features to the fixing brackets. It has been established by an independent inspection institute that the locking clamp can withstand a load of at least 45 kg (≈ 450N) for 5 minutes.

• Short bend for extremely small shafts
  Because the short bend has a particularly small external dimension of only 118 mm, the chimney connection no longer needs a large hole for the installation of the bend in the chimney. • Wall terminal ECONEXT® 2.0
  We have managed to improve our well ingenious ECONEXT® wall terminal, of which millions have been installed, with features included in the ECONEXT® 2.0. Here, the standard straight outlet can be exchanged with a simple rotary lock for a plume deflector or for a Plume Management Kit, quick easy and safe. The ECONEXT heat pump cover is a stylish split-unit or monoblock cover for new build and renovation projects.

We offer an appropriate solution for every project and an apprioriate cover for each roof.

The idea of placing the split-unit or monoblock of the air source heat pump on the roof dates back to 2013. In practice, the demand for a prefabricated heat pump cover arose due to lack of space and noise pollution.

Why placement on the roof?
Because on the ground you may experience up to 10dB(A) less noise.

The perfect heat pump cover:

• Optimised for your brand and type of heat pump.
• Roof slope accurate to 1˚.
• Can be installed on almost all types of roofs, whether sloping or flat, on ridge lines or gables.
• Position and height of the inspection hatch adaptable to the heat pump model.

Characteristics of the heat pump cover

• Standard water outlet (condensation/melt water).
• Inlet for cooling pipes and solar panel cables.
• Optional use for ventilation, heat recovery air inlet/outlet and sewer ventilation.
• Environmentally friendly, fitted with lead-free flashing as standard.

The ECONEXT® Modus is a cover for installation over a roof mounted heat pump outdoor unit with an adjustable angle upstand for pitched roofs.

The Modus adjustable angle roof upstand is suitable for roof pitches between 30˚and 60˚and therefore adjustable to match the existing roof pitch. The cover is open at the back and with optionally available service hatch. Placed on the roof, the outdoor unit has less impact than when in the house or garden.

The unit is made of low-maintenance aluminum material and is finished in RAL 9005 black textura as standard.

Advantages:

· Compatible with almost any type of outdoor unit.

· Suitable for roof pitches between 30˚and 60˚(adjustable per 1˚).

· The cover is open at the back for easy service access.

· Suitable for R32 and R290.

· No space loss within the house.

CoxDRY® is a ventilation air supply and outlet system for Heat Recovery units.

Heat recovery is a method for recovering heat from exhaust air. This heat is used to pre-heat incoming ventilation air.

CoxDRY® Ventilation ‘flat’ roof terminal for pitched roof
This flat terminal can be placed inconspicuously between the roof tiles and takes up a little space.

With Solar panels
This flat roof outlet’s low profile causes almost no shade, no shadow or light exposure losses on nearby solar panels, so that they maintain their optimal efficiency.

CoxDRY® Heat Recovery roof terminal
The CoxDRY® Heat Recovery roof terminal is a complete metal roof terminal, which is insulated inside with EPS. EPS insulation material prevents the arising of condensation on the outside.

CoxDRY® Heat Recovery wall terminal
The CoxDRY® Heat Recovery wall terminal is a complete metal wall terminal. The terminal protects against rain ingress and is designed with the lowest possible flow resistance.

CoxDRY® insulated ventilation hose
This CoxDRY® consists of one continuous length, no separate pipes and bends, saving you on measuring and shortening so that you always have the necessary ventilation duct components on hand.
