Shop for Exhibitor Services
You can order various services in the Shop for Exhibitor Services, such as electricity, water, stand cleaning, logistics, parking spaces, catering and many other services.
For orders placed at short notice, express surcharges of 25% may apply for selected services.
Important: The new Shop for Exhibitor Services will be available from mid-January 2027. Services can only be ordered through the shop from that date onwards. To help you prepare in advance, we have compiled an overview of the most frequently used services available.
Fairconstruction stand configurator
The Fairconstruction configurator offers you the opportunity to select the right stand for your requirements in terms of size and budget and to order it directly.
Media Package Manager (MPM)
The Media Package Manager (MPM) is the practical online tool for your trade fair marketing, with which you can quickly and conveniently submit your company data for publication. You can conveniently create your company profile online in the MPM and your data will be published in a media-appropriate manner in the following Messe Frankfurt event media: print, in the online exhibitor search on the website, in the Navigator App and in the interactive hall and site plan.
Ticket Services for Exhibitors
In the online portal for Ticket Services, you can manage your free contingent of day passes. Your quota is automatically allocated to your stand and displayed in the portal. The free quota is calculated from the exhibitor passes to which you are entitled according to your stand confirmation, multiplying by the number of days of the event.
Please note: For every day pass used beyond your complimentary allocation, you will be invoiced accordingly after the event. Each exhibitor pass used counts as one day pass.
In addition, you can create set-up and dismantling passes and request complimentary visitor vouchers through the online portal. The visitor vouchers are valid for multiple visits to the trade fair and will not be charged.
The Ticket services for exhibitors will be available from October 2026.
