Purchase your ticket conveniently via the ticket shop. Alternatively, you can also buy your ticket on site. Please note that only cashless payments are accepted at the ticket counters.

Important note: We would like to offer you the best possible personal service. Therefore, as of now, it is no longer possible to issue visitor tickets for other people than yourself. Your admission ticket serves as your travel ticket
All admission tickets (excluding complimentary tickets) include free travel to and from Messe Frankfurt on public transport operated by the Rhein-Main Transport Association (RMV) within the entire fare zone. Tickets may be presented in either digital or printed form.
Voucher tickets must be exchanged for admission tickets in the Online Ticket Shop in order to use RMV public transport for travel to and from the exhibition grounds. Only redeemed vouchers entitle the holder to use RMV public transport services. Please note that online tickets are only valid for travel when presented together with a valid ID or passport.

From 15 to 18 March 2027, ISH is open exclusively to trade visitors. On 19 March 2027, ISH is also open to public visitors.
