Turnkey Hot Water Systems

ECOTHERM’s turnkey hot water solutions are most space saving, efficient and economic designed systems, perfectly engineerd according to customers requirements. Thermal energy for domestic hot-water production, HVAC or process heat is generated by using either latest heat pump technologies or modern boilers with highly efficient and low NOx firing systems. For Domestic hot water system ECOTHERM of course its own developed and own manufactured stainless-steel high capacity water heaters which ensure maximum hygiene hot water output. A Mastercontrolpanel with latest PLC technology guarantees a high efficient and safe operation of all components in the boiler-room.

The complex topic of steam plants requires highly qualified and experienced engineering staff. As a turnkey supplier ECOTHERM is providing a whole functional, well-engineered, efficient and space saving system, including steam boilers with highly efficient and low NOx firing systems, feed water tanks and pumps with water treatment, condensate management systems, headers, armatures, piping, wiring and of course a master control panel with latest PLC technology ensuring high efficiency and safe operation of all components in the boiler-room.

Therefore, ECOTHERM uses either highly efficient flat collectors for sola thermal systems or own developed Fresnel mirror collectors for solar steam systems. Turnkey solar solutions from ECOTHERM are covering the design and sizing of the collector array, energy storage by buffer tanks, hot water generation by clarifiers and heat exchangers backup heating systems either by boiler, heat pump or electricity and a master control panel with latest PLC technology which guarantees a high efficient operation of all components. Electric Water Heaters with internal heating elements for residential (EERI) commercial (EERI) and Industrial (EEHI) applications | 200 litres – 10,000 litres storage capacity

The electric water heaters are manufactured individually from Duplex/316Ti stainless steel depending on the requirements. The internal heating elements are made of high-quality Incoloy825 stainless steel and ensure maximum efficiency in all areas from residential to industrial applications.

Electric Hot Water Boiler with electric heating elements or heating flange | up to 30 MW

ECOTHERM Electric Hot Water Boilers are used when the only available primary energy source is electricity or to convert an available surplus of electrical energy to heat in so called “Power to Heat” systems. The electrical energy is converted to thermal energy by individual screwed type heating elements which are individually replaceable for easy maintenance. Each boiler is pre-wired, pre-set and skid mounted for quick and easy installation on site. Beside a wide range of standard models ECOTHERM is offering also individual solutions in terms of size, design, voltage, capacity and controls.

ECOTHERM Electric Steam Boilers are used in hospitals or industry when the primary available energy is electricity. The steam is generated by an electric resistor heating flange inside the boiler shell. The units are skid-mounted complete with feed water tank, water treatment and control panel. The complete factory pre piping and wiring ensures quick and easy installation on site.
