BEETLE industrial air conditioner for big spaces
BEETLE industrial air conditioner for big spaces
Description
Beetle is a reversible high efficiency industrial air conditioning unit specifically to accommodate the heating and cooling demands of large rooms, spaces, working areas, and facilities in particular. Its working strategy focuses on maintaining an optimal balance between silence, air quality, temperature, and climate conditions. These units are ideal for industrial buildings that experience sudden temperature variations. Such fluctuations require a prompt and regulated counterbalance in order to keep the environmental conditions as stable as possible.
BEETLE140 is appropriate for areas up to 400sqm as well as power requirements up to 40kW. Larger areas can be covered by installing more units that can be easily synchronized to work together through the customer's Wi-Fi network.
Its simple and efficient WEB interface enables direct monitoring and control of the units from smart devices or PCs both inside the working environment and remotely via the GSI Cloud server.
The GSI Cloud system collects all of the unit's operational parameters, including consumption and produced energy. Technicians and service operators get access to functional reports available to be downloaded also from our portal.
The GSI cloud system also allows for remote technical help on the machines. BEETLE140 operates quietly, with high energy efficiency and is simple to install.
The installation is quick and straightforward, and it may be done in almost the same way as a residential unit. Pipework will only be required to link the external and internal components, as well as to connect both to the power supply.
The machine requires a three-phase power source to operate.
High-efficiency Intelligent management & full inverter technology
BEETLE heat pumps utilize complete inverter technology. To minimize power consumption and increase efficiency, the system adjusts its functioning in real time.
The system communicates with other devices through a WIFI connection. The GSI platform allows for complete and simple configuration of the machine and heating system, as well as monitoring and operation of the entire system. Due to an optimal working strategy, the heat pump constantly modifies its operating conditions to match the specified set temperature while consuming the least amount of energy.
The control manager can pinpoint three different set points according to the user’s needs. The maximum heating output temperature is 55°C and the minimum cooling output temperature is 7°C.
Future-proof WEB VISOR SW manager and smart interface
The end user may monitor and operate BEETLE from anywhere using a computer or smartphone thanks to GSI web server technology in combination with its proprietary app and portal. A powerful graphical interface simplifies and quickens access to information and commands. The control system is ready to interface with third-party control platforms such as Building Manager Systems, Energy Communities, Utility-scale systems, and others. It can exchange operational and status information, warnings, consumption statistics, and performance reports.
On demand, energy meters for DHW, Heating, or Cooling monitoring and control can be integrated into the heat pump's control platform.
Solid structure
A high level of reliability is necessary in industrial environments. BEETLE designers placed a strong emphasis on the equipment's long-term resilience and endurance.
As a result, the BEETLE range offers greater structural resistance, a compact construction, and a sober design in addition to a durable frame and simple access to the components. Removable panels on all sides of the machine allow for simple maintenance and installation.
Hot-dip galvanized sheet and coated trimmings are used for the structure and panels. This execution ensures corrosion resistance and thus increases its durability. The whole structural component is covered with a thick sound-absorbing material (30mm thick), which significantly decreases noise transmission.
To facilitate installation further, the external unit may be fixed on the roof or on a wall.
