Description

r.Whiz® T is a mineral wool slab covered with special woven fiberglass cladding. The mineral wool has excellent sound absorption properties. The layout of mineral wool fibers and an innovative method of gluing the fabric make an r.Whiz T slab is very stiff and guarantees the permanence of mechanical and absorption properties. The fabric effectively prevents tearing fibers with an airflow of up to 35 m/s. It also has a special antifungal coating, which ensures that the product meets the most severe hygiene requirements.

r.Whiz® V is a mineral wool slab covered with special non-woven fiberglass fabric. The mineral wool has excellent sound absorption properties. The layout of mineral wool fibers and an innovative method of gluing fiberglass tissue make an r.Whiz V slab is very stiff and guarantees the permanence of mechanical and absorption properties. The fabric effectively prevents tearing fibers with an airflow of up to 20 m/s.

Application

r.Whiz® is intended for acoustic, thermal, fire protection, and anti-condensation insulation inside air ducts. It is also used as a sound absorber inside acoustic attenuators and other devices and elements of an air distribution system.

r.Heat® A is a pipe section made of mineral wool coated with reinforced aluminum foil. The mineral wool has a high temperature (up to 300°C) resistance and longitudinal fiber arrangement, giving the product both rigidity and optimal thermal insulation properties. r.Heat® A has a longitudinal assembly cut and a wide, self-adhesive closing tab.

r.Heat® N is a pipe section made of mineral wool without cladding. The wool used is characterized by high-temperature resistance (up to 300°C) and water absorption resistance (≤ 1 kg/m²). Thanks to the unique fiber composition, the product is characterized by high longitudinal stiffness, mechanical strength over the wall thickness, and optimal thermal insulation properties. r.Heat® N has a longitudinal installation slitting and an internal technological notch facilitating the installation of the product on the pipeline.

Application

r.Heat® A is intended for thermal, fire, anti-condensation and acoustic insulation of piping systems. The product is used in heating, ventilation, sanitary and industrial installations.

Reinforced cladding finished with a wide self-adhesive closing tab makes the assembly process quick and secure — the 20% longer r.Heat® A pipe section (1.2m) increases assembly efficiency, lowering labor costs. Low chloride ion content (CL10) reduces the risk of corrosion of isolated components.

r.Heat® N is intended for thermal, acoustic and fire protection insulation of piping systems.
The product is used in industrial and building installations in applications requiring additional external shielding. The product is suitable for working with rigid cladding, such as metal sheets, and flexible cladding, e.g., in the form of a multilayer UV-resistant film. The compact structure of the wool used provides secure and durable support for the cladding. The low chloride ion content (CL10) reduces the risk of corrosion of the insulated elements. The 20% longer length of r.Heat® N (1,2 m) increases the efficiency of insulation work, contributing to lower labour costs.
