Wiper Waterproofing Kit (3,5 m²)

Wet room Kit Wiper Showerlay Line is a walk-in shower tray with an integrated linear drain. It is available in various thicknesses, has a approx. 2% fall towards the drain and provides great acoustic insulation. The used xps material is also very lightweight while strong.

The Wet room tray comes with integrated and waterproofed stainless steel linear channel, design grating and a suitable siphon trap (vertical / horizontal) with up to 52 l/min. capacity. Drainage is 500 mm long and 80 mm wide while grating width is 64 mm. It protrudes above the shower tray for 15 mm and below for approximately 5 mm. Steel is finished with brush, which is practical and particularly suitable for most architectural applications. On request we can manufacture the tray incl. a mat or polished linear channel.

The Intensi 316 line of shower drains offers a modern look that is as much functional as it is elegant. It is designed to be easily trimmed to size, on site by the installer. The clever end caps and cutting guide make the process quick and easy, leaving a clean straight cut that does not discolor or deform the drain body or cover.

These drains are all made using high quality 316 grade stainless steel and are colored using a process called Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD). This ensures that the drains are highly resistant to chemical cleaning agents and will not fade or chip.

The very low profile of the drain body and the waste trap makes it easy to install where the floor height is limited.

The drain body is tapered end to end meaning it collects water along the entire length of the drain, and funnels it toward either a single (36 l/min) or dual (54 l/min) waste trap system. Ensured peace of mind when installed in a multi-function shower or wet room.

The trimmable membrane collar allows for the drain to be compatible with hydro-isolation systems and the steel packaging doubles as screeding guides with the extra adjustable polycarbon leveling legs that come in the set.

The cutting guide, two hacksaw blades, cutting lubricant, sanding sponge and membrane roller are also included to complete the set and make installation a breeze.
