Aironn Hatch Type Axial Fans
The Aironn Hatch Type Axial Smoke Exhaust Fan Series for Roofs is certified for 300°C for 2 hours and 400°C for 2 hours in compliance with EN 12101-3. Available in diameters ranging from 400 mm to 1250 mm, these fans are equipped with motor-driven folding dampers and 50 mm-thick thermal insulation, effectively preventing heat transfer. The dampers are designed for quick action, opening rapidly when operation is required. With the ability to withstand snow loads of up to 1000 N, the powerful motor ensures reliable performance in all conditions. An integrated switch indicates whether the damper is open or closed.
The fan body is constructed from waterproof stainless galvanized steel, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. On request, the body can be painted in any custom color. The 50 mm thermal insulation minimizes heat loss, even under varying internal and external weather conditions.
The performance of the Hatch Type Axial Smoke Exhaust Fan Series has been rigorously tested in accordance with the AMCA 210-07 standard.
Fan Body
The fan bodies are made from high-quality, corrosion-resistant hot-dip galvanized sheet metal. The flanges are self-flanged, formed by bending the body. Long-bodied designs are standard, with an optional inspection hatch available for added convenience.
Fan Blades
The aerodynamic blades, manufactured using ETIAL 171 aluminum alloy, are produced via injection molding. They are statically and dynamically balanced in compliance with ISO 1940/1-2003, ensuring stability and efficient performance.
Motor
Each unit features two IP 55-rated motors with Class H insulation, available in single-speed or dual-speed options. Upon request, single-speed motors can be adapted for use with inverters for greater flexibility.
Electrical Components
The fan is equipped with a standard IP 55-rated aluminum terminal box, providing robust protection for electrical components.
