EPP ducting is a system of prefabricated ducts and fittings that exploits the advantages of expanded polypropylene. The most important features of the product are stiffness of construction, lightness, ease of installation and good thermal insulation.

EPP ducts are used e.g. as intake and extraction sections in household heat recovery systems. They do not require additional insulation (as the material itself is already an insulator), which significantly reduces installation time.

Each piece can be fastened easily and quickly as no additional fasteners or screws are required. Additionally, foamed polypropylene is easy to cut with hand tools. The system also eliminates the formation of thermal bridges. Due to the low weight of the elements, a suspension system is practically unnecessary.

Airflow CAV and VAV regulators are used to automatically regulate the airflow in the ventilation system. The task of the airflow regulators is to maintain the required airflow rates, allowing to set the optimal climate conditions for each room in the building. The airflow can be regulated both in the supply and exhaust ducts.

Types of airflow regulators:

• constant flow regulators with a fixed set point,
• air flow regulators with switching between two preset values (V ̇min, V ̇max,),
• constant air flow regulators with variable airflow setting,
• VAV variable air flow regulators.

The SPIRAL®system is a proven system of quick-coupled spiral ducts and fittings provided with factory-installed EPDM gaskets. The gaskets provide leak-proof and durable joints between SPIRAL®system components. The system components are available in a full range of diameters from Ø80 to Ø1600 mm and in different materials (galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminum). SPIRAL system meets the requirements of PN-EN 12237 for air tightness class D (Certificate no. 0103/07 from RISE).

The high-quality of workmanship and factory-installed rubber gaskets enable easy and quick assembly of ventilation ductwork. Ductwork based on SPIRAL®system components guarantees long and leak-proof service life and requires no additional sealants.

The heat recovery air handling units SlimAIR & MinistAIR series are designed for residential buildings with the following maximum airflows from 250 to 500 m3/h.

A plastic (PET) counterflow heat exchanger (HRV) is responsible for heat recovery (approx. 95% efficiency) in both units. Moisture-recovery enthalpy exchangers (ERV) are also available. In addition, the humidity level in the building will be controlled by a built-in RH sensor, wireless radio communication connects the controllers and IAQ sensors, a built-in electric pre-heater protects the heat exchanger and all of it enclosed in a self-supporting, insulated EPP casing.

The MinistAIR and SlimAIR units can be equipped with the Constant Flow (CF) module. Moreover, each unit can be wirelessly connected with innovative 2ZONE, which can split a house into two independently controlled and ventilated zones with occupants' detection.

Alnor residential HRVs and ERVs can be mounted in different positions (vertically, horizontally) or chosen for left or right duct connection.
