This is the system of pipes and fittings made of PP-R 80 Super (polypropylene random copolymer) which brought innovation and a radical change to the domestic distribution of warm and cold in the 1980s.

This is known and appreciated throughout the world; its elements are connected by thermal polyfusion.

The product significantly improved over the years and the range was increasingly updated and completed, thereby confirming an unparalleled success. Thanks to its intrinsic technical characteristics, it is ideal for transporting aggressive fluids as it is highly resistant to corrosive agents.

The large diameter range and the wide choice of pipes allow the system to be used in the most varied fields in the civil, industrial and service sectors, from water supply systems to heating, irrigation and compressed air system installations.

FUSIO-TECHNIK system with FIBER-REINFORCED pipes

Thanks to the evolution of the raw materials and to the compound with special fibers, Aquatechnik has two types of highly innovative welding polypropylene pipes for polyfusion. Using high thermal resistant polypropylene as a raw material and creating a package of additives that are particularly resistant to oxidation have allowed a 3-layer pipe to be produced with an intermediate additive layer with special fibers, allowing the linear thermal expansion to be decreased by a maximum of 75% when compared to traditional PP-R pipes.

The pipes fusio-technik faser FIBER-T are also available in two new releases:

• UVRES: pipes with high resistance and durability to the direct sunlight exposure, particularly suitable for installations outdoor.
• FIRES: pipes with high resistance and reaction of the flame to the material, designed for the installation of sprinkler fire-extinguishing system
