Frankfurt, 17th March 2025 - CERVINO is Clivet's SINGLE Split air-to-air heat pump that uniquely combines aesthetics and functionality.

With a new approach to design that reflects contemporary trends but is also responsive to the practical needs of everyday life, the residential air conditioning solution was conceived with a user-cantered philosophy, aiming to create spaces that inspire and enhance well-being.

Each element has been carefully selected to ensure a harmonious balance between shape and function, making it ideal for an environment that stimulates creativity and productivity.

CERVINO is the solution with wall-mounted indoor units for residential applications, offering an efficiency class A+++ (Cooling) / A++ (Heating), refined aesthetics and great quietness.

Its R-290 technology ensures attention to people's comfort and health: the R-290 refrigerant meets the most stringent requirements of European regulations, combining high performance with respect for the environment.

Management via smartphone, using the NetHome Plus App or Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant voice assistants.

Comfortable environment with precise adjustment of the fins in both directions, horizontal and vertical.

CERVINO is equipped with an advanced purification system:

the high-density filtration system removes dust and microbes;

the cold catalytic filter decomposes dangerous gases, such as VOCs, into inert substances such as H2O or carbon dioxide;

the activated carbon filter chemically absorbs micro-particles and bacteria, purifying the air and eliminating odours;

the silver ion filter eliminates up to 99% of air bacteria, limits their growth and proliferation, and is also active against viruses.

Clivet Smart Living at ISH 2025: the system for integrated management of living comfort

Frankfurt, 17th March 2025 - Energy independence of homes is increasingly crucial from both an economic and an environmental perspective. Thanks to technological innovation, individuals and businesses can now significantly reduce their dependence on traditional energy networks. Clivet has embarked on a revolution in the way living comfort is managed, thanks to the introduction of advanced solutions that improve the quality of life by promoting a more sustainable use of resources.

An example of this approach is Clivet Smart Living, the integrated system designed to manage comfort and energy efficiency in homes.

Clivet Smart Living is the modular solution that optimises energy consumption related to air conditioning, aiming to achieve energy independence. The system can be equipped with new components over time, both to improve indoor comfort and to increase energy capacity in response to new needs.

The system consists of several advanced technologies:

heat pumps, available in a wide range to suit various types of homes, new or more aged. Options include:

split heat pumps with environmentally friendly R-32 refrigerant;

monobloc heat pumps with R-32 and R-290, offering high thermodynamic performance with reduced environmental impact;

Hydro-Split heat pumps.

The ELFOFRESH EVO air renewal and purification system, which includes active thermodynamic recovery and electronic filtration to ensure healthy indoor air;

The AIRPATH air distribution system, designed to optimise air distribution throughout the home;

The ELFOROOM2 and MOOD room terminals: these devices are silent, compact and aesthetically pleasant, certified by EUROVENT for energy efficiency.

Clivet SINERGY: the electrical energy accumulator that integrates with photovoltaic panels, allowing the comfort system and domestic utilities to be powered even when there is no sun.

The smart thermostats, equipped with sensors to monitor temperature and humidity in each room, which together with CONTROL4 NRG are able to collect data on consumption and energy production;

Air quality sensors, to monitor various parameters such as temperature, humidity, ambient noise and pollutant levels, ensuring a comfortable environment at all times;

the CONTROL4 NRG centralised management: this system allows to control up to 24 independent zones, optimising energy consumption and contributing to home’s energy independence.

EDGE PRO and BIG EDGE PRO the new high-performance, environmentally friendly residential heat pumps – Awarded iF DESIGN AWARD 2025

At ISH 2025, Clivet presents its innovative air-to-water packaged heat pumps: EDGE PRO, from 4 to 16 kW and BIG EDGE PRO, from 18 to 40 kW. An advanced technology that contributes to increasing the energy class of residential buildings, with environmental and economic benefits.

Frankfurt, 17th March 2025 - The EDGE PRO and BIG EDGE PRO heat pumps are an efficient and environmentally friendly home comfort solution. Designed to provide heating, cooling and domestic hot water in homes as a valid alternative to traditional boilers, they use the natural refrigerant R-290, which has a very low environmental impact. They are also quiet and easy to use. In terms of energy efficiency, they achieve class A+++ for heating with both low- (35 °C) and medium-temperature water (55 °C), offering exceptional performance even in the production of high-temperature water.

Thanks to the elegance of the new ALTODesign aesthetics, EDGE PRO and BIG EDGE PRO adapt to any requirement and installation type, including outdoor installations as a monobloc version or in combination with a hydronic indoor module.

These heat pumps also provide an ideal solution for those installations where a high level of silence is required, thanks to the special design of the fans and the two silent operating modes. In addition, in EDGE PRO, the compressor is positioned inside a ‘silent box’ made of several layers of sound-absorbing material specially designed to reduce compressor noise by up to -25 dB(A).

EDGE PRO and BIG EDGE PRO are characterised by their wide operating ranges, guaranteeing reliable performance down to -25 °C outside temperature. EDGE PRO is capable of producing water at 80 °C even at -10 °C outside, while BIG EDGE PRO further increases performance by producing water at 85 °C down to -15 °C outside temperature.

The extended operating ranges, combined with new control logic and different system types, allow a wide range of applications for these units. In larger systems, up to six units can also be connected in cascade.

The control system is intuitive, with a full-colour graphic interface that facilitates daily use. The Wi-Fi connection also allows the heat pump functions to be managed via a dedicated app, enabling remote control.

The EDGE PRO and BIG EDGE PRO heat pumps are an integral part of the Clivet Smart Living system and are compatible with CONTROL4 NRG for efficient management of the entire appliance. Equipped with the Smart-grid function, they operate within advanced electricity grids or in combination with photovoltaic systems.

Clivet wins iF DESIGN AWARD 2025, an outstanding achievement in international design

Feltre 4th March 2025 - Clivet has been awarded with the prestigious iF DESIGN AWARD 2025 for its R-290 EDGE PRO heat pump series. The award, renowned worldwide, is a seal of quality for design excellence and quality. For over 70 years, the award has been conferred by iF International Forum Design GmbH, one of the oldest independent design institutions in the world.

The award was given in the discipline ‘Product’, category ‘1.20 Building Technology’ and recognises the innovative and outstanding design of EDGE PRO. Clivet was one of the best out of almost 11,000 entries from 66 countries, a result that underlines the highly competitive nature of this competition.

Clivet's EDGE PRO was chosen by an international jury of experts, made up of 131 independent design professionals, to receive the coveted seal of approval, for its ground-breaking design that integrates ergonomic features for easy maintenance and multibrands approach.

THUNDER

THUNDER: The full inverter reversible heat pump from Clivet with R-290 natural refrigerant

Clivet presents THUNDER, the energy-efficient air-cooled reversible heat pump from 40 to 85 kW with R-290 natural refrigerant.

Frankfurt, 17th March 2025 - THUNDER is an innovative solution designed with full-inverter technology featuring the latest-generation scroll compressors and axial fans.

For a new building or a renovation, thanks to its ability to produce hot water at high temperature, it is the suitable solution as an alternative or replacement to traditional boilers, in combination with radiator systems. It offers maximum energy efficiency and, thanks to the use of the natural refrigerant (GWP = 0,02) R-290, that can be used in the long term as it fully complies with the European F-Gas regulation (517/2014), it contributes to the reduction of the direct and indirect greenhouse effect.

THUNDER is available in the 40 to 85 kW power range and is characterised by its high performance, application versatility and extended operating limits.

Top performance

The unit achieves outstanding performance for medium temperature applications: with a seasonal SCOP (W55) heating efficiency of up to 3.63, the unit far exceeds the minimum requirements of the Ecodesign (ErP) directive.

THUNDER provides heating, cooling and domestic hot water production up to 75°C and an operating range in heating of -20°C to +42°C outside air. Thanks to its careful design, the unit delivers a heating capacity very close to its nominal data, even at very cold outside air temperatures.

‘These results have been made possible thanks to the adoption of full-inverter technology that has been redesigned to use propane (R-290), a refrigerant with a very low GWP - explains Giuseppe Barreca, Clivet's product manager - Another innovative feature of THUNDER is the low noise level obtained (69 dB(A) of sound power in the super silenced version), which makes the unit the ideal solution for noise-sensitive installations such as city centres.

Maximum silence

THUNDER features 3 acoustic levels, with no change in the size of the unit:

Acoustic configuration with compressor soundproofing (SC): basic version

Silenced acoustic configuration (LN): -2 to -4 dB (A) less than the SC version

Supersilenced acoustic configuration (EN): -6 to -10 dB (A) less than SC version

Safety

THUNDER is designed in full compliance with European safety standards, with additional safety measures such as the ATEX gas leakage sensor and extractor fan. All components are suitable for the use of R-290 refrigerant.

Modularity

THUNDER is designed for modularity, and dedicated hydraulic connections simplify and speed up the installation process. Up to 6 units can be hydraulically connected in parallel, and up to 16 units can be managed in a local network.

Modularity can also be configured across units of different capacities. The system obtained by combining several modules retains the strengths of the single module but multiplies its advantages: greater reliability, simplified handling and installation, quick and easy maintenance, scalability, and redundant operation.
