According to the torque size, it is possible to choose among Diamant PRO (11Nm), Compact PRO (22Nm), Universal Pro (40Nm).
The enclosure is made of a reinforced technopolymer glass with mechanical characteristics similar to aluminium; the electrical protection rating is IP67 ( available also with IP 68 on request, for under water working). It can be supplied with emergency manual override and features a mechanical system which protects the geared motor in case the outlet shaft gets stuck. For cooling systems, an anti-condensation internal resistance is available.

Comparato offers a complete and competitive range of IP67 electronic mixing thermoregulating Motorised Valves suitable for all kinds of requirement in the mixing field. These actuators with integrated electronics, display and keyboard allow an easy programming and ensure efficient results, for a high-value regulating operation.

In order to meet the specific needs for DHW temperature control, we developed some models (Diamix L, Compamix L) performing not only a mixing task but also carrying out a thermal disinfection against the Legionella bacteria, totally managed by the integrated software.

Another development of the range has been realised for radiant heating/cooling systems (e.g. floor/wall/ceiling systems): PR actuators, the best choice for underfloor heating.
These Motorised Valves can operate with fixed-point temperature set points, with climate probe (together with an external temperature probe); with reference to cooling systems, electronics manage to calculate the minimum outlet temperature (thanks to the connection of a temperature and relative humidity probe inside the airconditioned room) in order to avoid the presence of condensation on the floor. The available versions are Diamix PR and Compamix PR.

New! Mixing PR actuators now available with a new function: management of dehumidification.

The growing interest in energy saving is leading to a more frequent use of Hydraulic Interface Units with central systems in blocks of flats and buildings. Thanks to a HIU, users are free to manage their heating/cooling systems and pay according to the real energy consumption of their housing units. The management is possible thanks to a zone valve inside the unit, which is controlled by a standard room thermostat, while a MID-approved energy meter calculates the consumptions.

In the ON-OFF version, controlled by a common room thermostat, the valve is kept open until the set temperature is reached, then it closes completely.
The MODULATING version allows the optimization of energy consumption through a partialization of the radiating element feeding.

SINTESI SMART

Sintesi SMART is the new Sintesi Proportional Actuator.
The actuator's position is controlled by an analogical signal, and it is particularly suitable for heating, cooling and DHW plants, when temperature's regulation is required.
