The operator panel HT200 with touch screen is a smart and simple way how to operate the free-programmable process stations using SoftPLC or Domat runtime. Its 7“ LCD display shows a tree menu structure, created for the PLC LCD displays, in the Domat Menu Reader application, or displays simple plant graphics with active objects in panels, which are engineered as web pages for the PLC web servers. The application engineers do not need to install and work with new programs, a single HMI project suits both local operation over a PLC display and remote operation over the HT200 terminal.

It consists of runtimes for various hardware platforms with editor (IDE), HMI applications like SCADA, web server, and mobile apps, fast database for data storage and ContPort, energy management system. Within the extension of application platforms for the Merbon system, we have established cooperation with the leading German manufacturer of components for electrical engineering and programmable PLCs, the company Wago. Our customers know their PLCs as controllers programmable in the CoDeSys environment. We launched these stations with the Domat runtime under the name wall. The stations are programmable in the Domat IDE environment.

The Domat Control System input and output modules provide standardized interfaces between the process and the control system. They are used for process controls and for data acquisition in metering systems as well. Standard modules (4/8 DO, 8/16 DI, 8 AI, 8 AO, counters), and compact modules with HVAC-optimized I/O mix are available. Communicative room controllers are also integrated at this system level.
