termios Pro is the smart and cost-efficient heating solution for the housing industry. Our thermostats communicate across apartments via a LoRaWAN infrastructure. After a short observation period, the optimal settings for all thermostats are determined in our Heating Cloud using machine-learning algorithms.

This not only provides a pleasant user experience but also offers excellent protection against external influences. Thanks to thermo-harvesting, termios Pro thermostats are maintenance-free for at least five years without requiring a battery replacement. Through the intelligent combination of built-in sensors, termios Pro detects whether people are in the room or windows are open and adjusts the room temperature accordingly. Additionally, there is an automatic night setback, individually per room. By simply replacing the thermostats, energy and heating costs can be reduced by up to 30%.
