Kitchen extraction fans in accordance with current VDI guidelines, with Disc Rotor Motors/EC Disc Rotor Motors that are separated from the airflow, are always deployed where high flow volumes and simple maintenance/cleaning is wanted. The stable aluminium frame construction with 40-mm insulation, together with the FISCHBACH® Disc Rotor Motor/EC Disc Rotor Motor, achieve high efficiency levels and also a very low sound level.  

FISCHBACH® Roof Top Units have been developed especially for use in effective air-extraction and exhaust systems. The whole range is made of weatherproof material with 40-mm-thick insulation, and well as with galvanized bird screens. Above all, EC-Motor version with integrated pressure control achieves even greater efficiency levels than are seen in commercially available models. Low noise level through the FISCHBACH® Disc Rotor Motor/EC Disc Rotor Motor with double sound decoupling.

Even on industrial application, such as machinery and plant engineering, Fischbach compact fans are ideal with their high protection class IP65 and temperature stability. All compact fans are also available as stainless steel version. The maximum permissable ambient temperature is up to 80°C, depending on the fan. The FISCHBACH disc rotor motor is protected against overheating by a thermal contact.
