Description

Environmentally-Friendly Products from Friterm

Friterm presents qualified products such as air cooled condensers, air coolers, dry coolers, water/steam air heaters and coolers, oil coolers and heat recovery coils. CO2 Unit ve Gas Cooler products have been manufactured since 2011. Friterm ensures advanced and high-quality CO2 products with High-Tech R&D Testing Laboratory including testing chamber of transcritical and subcritical CO2 cooling cycle.
As a result of innovative approach, Friterm has been manufacturing products with stainless steel tubes since August 2012. The maximum fin space, 19 mm, is reached; meaning that less defrost demand that can be used for freezers effectively. Accordingly, using stainless steel tube and aluminium fin combination allows manufacturers to supply and design more efficient products.




Main Technical Specifications

  • Unit air coolers made of copper tubes, aluminium, epoxy coated aluminium or copper fins and suitable for HFC refrigerants and brine/water cooling agents
  • 4 different fin spacing as 4-7-10-12 mm.
  • Compact and highly efficient coils
  • Robust and all-round powder coated (RAL 9016) galvanized steel casing parts, provide decorative, high corrosion resistance and smooth surface finish. Proper for food processing applications. Stainless steel casing is available as option for all ranges.
  • Hinged/Folding drain tray assures easy cleaning and maintenance
  • Highly efficient Axial fans are used. Low noise axial fans are also available for special requirements.
  • Defrost system is for both coil block and drip tray. Optional fan heaters, drain line heaters and insulated drain tray application is available. Hot gas defrost or water defrost system can be provided as option
  • Fan and heater connections are wired to a terminal box

WET-DRY COOLERS WITH ECOMESH SYSTEM

Wet-Dry Coolers with Ecomesh System - Ecomesh Spray System concept is based on intermittenly and efficiently evaporating water on large mesh area in front of the heat rejection surface of Dry Coolers. Water spray provides an adiabatic cooling effect of the incoming air steam. As a result of indirect water spray system, fins are not defected by water calcareous which is prevented by mesh. Ecomesh Spray system is especially very useful in the countries which have hot and dry climate such as Middle East and Mediterranean countries and provides efficiently energy usage with reduced water consumption. Since it uses water directly without a water reservoir, the health risks associated with a still water reservoir are eliminated.
