The main problem of the finished heat tank is the correct implementation of insulation. It is important to make it with highly insulating materials, as this translates into the time of “holding
heat” by the buffer, and the goal is precisely to block heat escape.

Thermal insulation lagging, which we present consists of four layers:

• non-woven polyester fabric,
• styrofoam,
• polyurethane foam,
• cover.

All layers are fused together. It is possible to create rounded shapes thanks to
appropriate elasticity. The individual parts of the lagging, that is, the top layer and the two layers of the side layers, are closed with a classic zipper. Thanks to this solution heat loss is reduced, and due to the construction of the lagging, putting it on is an extremely easy operation.

The raw material with which the company began operations in 1998 was foamed polystyrene (EPS), mainly for the construction market. Over time, we increased our production and storage area and expanded our machinery park, which includes such machines as industrial thermal plotters, automatic foam cutting machines and a gantry cutting and milling caterer. This has enabled us to confection such materials as polyethylene (PE) foam, polyurethane (PUR) foam and even mineral and rock wool.

At the moment, our products are used in many industries:

• construction - such as insulation of unusual places, architectural decorative elements or lost formwork, insulation lagging, wedges and counter slopes made of polystyrene foam and mineral wool,
• furniture-making - such as furniture fillings, upholstery foams, bonell coffers, seats,
• packaging - e.g., all kinds of polystyrene spacers, polyethylene spacers, fittings,
• automotive - e.g., packaging, safety components,
• household electronics/RTW,
• transportation.
