The mixing valves B3-iQ an Vario-iQ3 XL are 3-way electronically pressure indpendent control valves, without minimum pressure differential and an very large control range.

 a connection kit of a 3-way valve, an actuator with programming interface and ultrasonic measuring device, optional with two extern temperature sensors.

The ultrasonic measuring device does a real time measuring of the flow. The controller in the actuator is allways checking if the measured flow aquivalent with the flow set point. Deviations in flow and temperature are adjusted through the moving positon of the 3-way ballvalve/valve stem as long as the right flowrate in l/h is reached.

This means always 100 % valve authority, even at a flow rat of 15 l/h.

Controlling is done by analog 0..10V signal, BACnet and Modbus communication

Programming is done decenral by Bluetooth, or by BMS via BACnet and Modbus communication

Vario-DP is a dynamic thermostatic valve. Its ist world champion in flow rate because of the maximum flow rate of 340 l/h.

The patented sipmple and sophisticated product concept of the capsule pressure gauge is fundamental for perfect controlability and reliability of operation, e.g. soiling of heating water.

Based on the dimensioning according to EN 215. exchanging against old thermostatic valves is very easy.

Vario-DP is a Mini-PICV (Pressue Independent Valve). Perfect for dynamic balancing of small and medium flow rates (e.g chilled beams and fan coils).
