Back to Back function- For installation, either in the front side or in the opposite direction of the same wall which is shared the same water supply system, when the hot/cold water supply pipes are in the opposite direction, the valve still can be used. Just make the valve reversed 180º to change the position of hot/cold water, then the hot/cold water outlet from faucet can still be in the correct way safely.
