Offered are flat plate collectors from the AC and ACR series. The AC series solar collectors, including the KS2100F TLP AC and KS2600F TLP AC models, offer superior cost-efficiency, making them an ideal choice for both residential and commercial applications. The ACR series solar collectors, including the KS2100F TLP ACR and KS2600F TLP ACR models, provide superior performance, making them the perfect option for applications where the highest efficiency is required.

Both series are ideal for heating domestic hot water, pool water, and providing seasonal support for central heating systems. They are also highly effective in industrial and agricultural applications that require efficient heat. Designed for optimal performance, both series are engineered to operate reliably in diverse climates, including cold environments.

They feature high-quality aluminum absorbers with copper piping, joined using a highly effective and environmentally friendly laser welding process, ensuring maximum heat transfer and durability. The ACR series stands out with its key additional feature: advanced solar glass with anti-reflective coatings on both sides. This technology enhances solar radiation transmittance, significantly boosting overall performance compared to the AC series. The harp-style absorber piping design allows for versatile connections, minimizes pressure drop, and reduces electricity costs. Additionally, mineral wool insulation further reduces thermal losses, enhancing overall efficiency. All components are housed in a stiff, high-quality aluminum casing with high aperture-to-gross area ratio. Both series are also hail-resistant, meeting the ISO EN 9806 standard for impact resistance from ice balls up to 45 mm in diameter

In addition to the collectors, a wide range of mounting and fastening systems is available. These include slope roof mounts designed for various roofing materials, such as tiles, steel sheets, and more. There are also mounting solutions for façades and ground-based installations. All systems are made from high-quality aluminum profiles and stainless steel, ensuring exceptional durability.

As an EMS-type system, OPTI-ENER is designed to manage electrical energy. It controls equipment performance according to set priorities. It aims to maximise energy self-consumption for an increased profitability of a power plant (PV, Wind etc.). The tool provides access to a range of statistics and information. The amount of energy released and stored can be read. It is also possible to heat water with an infinitely adjustable electric heater output according to the momentary own energy excess.

The OPTI-ENER system consists of a central unit (available in two options – wallmounted and DIN-rail version). It is possible to expand the system with an additional OPTI-TEMP module that provides stepless control of the power of the heating element (heater in the hot water tank).

ALEX HX10 MS is designed for solar installations with collector areas up to 16 m². The factory-installed MiniSOL solar controller ensures fully automated operation of the glycol circulation pump. Moreover, MiniSOL features a built-in Wi-Fi modem, which, with the proper configuration, allows for remote access to the solar installation from anywhere.

ALEX HX10 MS is a "Plug & Play" solution, meaning that the system is ready to operate immediately after plugging the controller into an electrical outlet. The high-efficiency circulation pump from WILO or SHIMGE used in this unit meets the harderst requirements of the ErP directive for maximum electrical energy consumption. Additionally, ALEX HX10 has two-way pump group functionality by incorporating an additional air vent installed at the coil.

Effective air venting of the system

ALEX HX10 MS pump unit additionally includes a tee with an air vent designed based on an innovative concept. This feature ensures effective air venting of the solar installation during its initial start-up and maintenance checks. Air is captured within the heater coil, where the pipe diameter reduces the glycol flow velocity. As a result, air bubbles have a greater tendency to rise towards the vent.

The vent valve is constructed from brass and is thermally insulated. Venting the system is not only easily accessible but also convenient and quick to carry out.

Available variants

ALEX HX10 MS is offered in three variants regarding the type of circulating pump used: WILO, SHIMGE 6, and SHIMGE 8. In each variant, pump operation control is achieved through an electronic PWM2 signal. This allows for the utilization of advanced algorithms for managing solar system operations based on continuous measurements of temperature and flow in the working circuit. In the case of the pump set versions featuring SHIMGE pumps, the functionality is extended to allow compatibility with any solar controller, including older generation models that control the pump operation based on an "on/off" principle. SHIMGE pumps also have the option for manual adjustment of the pump operation using a designated button on the electronics housing.

The energy efficiency of the entire solar installation is among the highest of all heat sources. Typically, for every 100 W of heat produced, only 1-2 W of electrical energy is required.

 Solar installation under control

To monitor the operation of the installation, the signals displayed by the green and red LEDs on the controller can be utilized. Based on their pulsing, the operating states of the controller can be read, including flow rate and all states related to errors and irregularities in the functioning of the installation.

Full supervision of the solar installation's operation is possible through the MiniSOL mobile application. It provides a view of current operating states, including temperatures in the solar collectors, domestic water temperature in the heater, and flow rate in the installation. The app allows for changes to the factory-set temperature for heating domestic water, as well as enabling vacation mode. In the event of errors or irregularities in the operation of the installation, detailed information will be made available in the app.
