The mobile offer building technology configurator is reshaping sales in the HVAC sector to private end customers. The preparation of offers is extremely fast and can therefore be moved from the office to the customer's home. Offers can be created in dialog with the customer during the initial consultation - no matter how complex, no matter how individual. As a price is quoted immediately, nothing stands in the way of an immediate order and there is no need for reworking in the office. The configurator also enables less experienced employees to create professional quotations.

The user is guided through the system configuration with a simple question and answer principle. mobile offer asks for all the important data required for the respective system. A heating system can usually be configured in five minutes, a complete bathroom in ten.

To do this, the configurator draws the individual components from around 11,000 parts lists / components with stored realistic working times. Each parts list has a short, “nice” descriptive text that the end user can understand, which appears at the end of the printed quotation.

The quotation, i.e. the compilation of the selected components, is automatically transferred to Labelwin, where it is linked to the article master data. All downstream processes, such as ordering, recording of measurements, invoicing and post-calculation, function without media discontinuity, i.e. without further recording.

The approx. 11,000 parts lists from mobile offer with their more than 46,000 sub-items are also available as a separate module for use in Labelwin. In this case, the individual components are selected using a clear search tree rather than being configured.
