Stainless steel water heaters and storage tanks (VTN series)

The VTA series buffer tanks work with various heat sources (solid fuel, gas, electric boilers, solar systems, heat pumps) to store and use heat for heating and domestic hot water (DHW). The design includes heat exchangers made of stainless and carbon steel, with the option to install thermoelectric heating elements.

In models VTA-1 and VTA-2, the stainless steel heat exchanger is located at the top for domestic hot water. The carbon steel heat exchanger in VTA-1 and VTA-3 is at the bottom, ideal for solar collectors or low-temperature systems.

The VTA-1-SOLAR PLUS features an enlarged stainless steel exchanger part of which is located directly in a carbon steel heat exchanger, improving DHW performance. Models VTA-4 and VTA-4-ECONOM lack exchangers, perfect for use in conjunction with solid fuel boilers. A distinctive feature of VTA-4-ECONOM is a simplified construction to minimize the number of connecting pipes and the absence of a flange, which reduces the cost of the product.

The VTA/N "Tank in Tank" buffer tank features a stainless steel tank inside a carbon steel tank. This design combines the benefits of both a storage tank and a heat accumulator, allowing for simultaneous use in heating systems and hot water storage.

The inner tank is made from high-quality food-grade stainless steel with a wave-shaped wall for increased resistance to pressure, improved heat exchange area, and self-cleaning through thermal expansion.

The VTA/N-1 model includes a carbon steel heat exchanger at the bottom for optional connection to solar systems or other heat sources (heat pump, gas, solid fuel, electric boilers).

The VTA/N-1-SOLAR PLUS model has an enlarged inner tank partially placed within the heat exchanger, improving efficiency with low-temperature heat sources.

The VTA/N-2 model lacks a heat exchanger, allowing direct connection to any heat generator.

CWT series tanks store chilled water for refrigeration systems, heat pumps, fan coil units, and cooling chambers, especially in systems with limited water content or where production and consumption of cold are time-separated.

Some models can alternate between cold and hot water storage for seasonal use in reversible systems.

CWT series tanks from Teplobak come in the following versions: CWT CS: carbon steel with external anti-corrosion paint, up to 10,000 liters. CWT ZN: carbon steel, hot-dip galvanized accordance with EN1461, up to 3000 liters. CWT PC: carbon steel with internal bioceramic polymer coating and external anti-corrosion paint, up to 10,000 liters. CWT SS: stainless steel, up to 5000 liters.

CWT tanks may include internal elements like partitions or pipe guides.

Available with various types of insulation(anti-condensation rubber, two-layer insulation: rubber + polyester/polyurethane foam, rigid polyurethane).

The water heaters and storage tanks for DHW in this series are made from structural steel S235J, with an inner bioceramic polymer coating containing biocides. This flexible coating prevents cracks from temperature changes and deformations, while biocides protect against pitting corrosion, extending the product's lifespan.

These tanks store hot water for systems in hotels, restaurants, residential buildings, and more. Depending on the model, they come with one (VTP-1), two (VTP-2), or three (VTP-3) flanges for mounting heat exchangers and can work in "Turbo-boiler" systems.

Models VTP-4 and VTP-5 have a built-in bottom heat exchanger for monovalent DHW systems, with VTP-5 having the ability to mount an additional upper flange exchanger.

VTP-6 features two fixed heat exchangers for bivalent systems, with the lower connected to low-temperature sources (solar collectors, heat pumps) and the upper to high-temperature sources (gas, electric boilers). An inspection flange is provided for maintenance.
