MEZ-SYPHON-FLANGE system 20 with injected sealing compound is an air duct profile for the manufacturing of air duct systems with high tightness requirements. By placing the sealing compound inside the MEZ-SYPHON-FLANGE you are able to meet the requirements of air tightness class C & D according to EN 1507.

The cant of the MEZ-SYPHON-FLANGE which makes it easier to insert the air duct wall and stabilises the mounting portion. Another feature which contributes to the optimal stability of the MEZ-SYPHON-FLANGE is the 45° supporting limb. To meet the high tightness requirements, the inner limb was designed with a slight cant and therefore it functions like a sealing lip.

MEZ-LATZ is ideally suited to connect rectangular air ducts. MEZ-LATZ 506 is made of galvanised steel and convinces with an increased stability due to the double ribbing and therefore it is suitable for large duct cross-sections as well as for high pressure conditions.

Due to the pre-assembled hexagonal bolt there is no need to pre-clambing or drilling and the assembly of this air duct clamp is very easy. No matter if you are using MEZ-FLANGE-SYSTEM 20, 30 or 40 or any other flange connections you are able to connect them with MEZ-LATZ 506.
