About us
- Mikoterm doo was founded on November 3, 1994. year. The founder, Vojislav Ivanović, an electronics engineer, had a clear vision from the beginning of how the new manufacturer of heating equipment had to set up a business that would ensure a secure future. The vision was more than clear: QUALITY AND CORRECT BUSINESS.
- The first major breakthrough in innovation was made in 1996 when a wall-mounted boiler was designed. Until then, electric boilers were large and mounted on the floor. Smaller dimensions and a different design quickly found their place among installers and end users.
The next revolutionary innovation came in 2000, when the first block boiler in Serbia was constructed. Even then, it was clear on the market that Mikoterm was a serious manufacturer.
- From 2000 to 2012, Mikoterm developed even more than expected. In that period, the export of devices outside the borders of Serbia began. The first exports were made to Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro, and later the first exports to individual EU countries followed. In that period, the production program also expanded considerably. The production of high-power boilers from 100kW to 1MW, solar equipment and electronic controls for various heating systems has begun.
- In 2012, there was an invitation from the large German company ROBERT BOSCH Gmbh. Mikoterm was chosen to compete in the solution of a new electric boiler for the needs of Bosch. The solution presented to Bosch at the time was far more advanced than certain European companies that produce electric boilers. In 2014, a cooperation agreement was signed between Mikoterm and Bosch.
- In the meantime, they established cooperation with several other serious European companies on business and technical cooperation, so now Mikoterm exports its products to the countries of the region: Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Albania, Slovenia, Croatia, to European countries: the UK, Romania, Hungary, Austria, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Holland, Belgium, Switzerland, Latvia, Lithuania, and beyond.
Also Mikoterm does OEM production for several well-known companies: Centrometal, Adveco, Enerent.
- Mikoterm applies the international quality management system ISO 9001 as well as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, certified by the renowned certification body TUV NORD.
From August 2022, Mikoterm is located in a new location, Industrial zone Aleksandrovo, Niška 211, 18252 Merošina.
It owns an office building of 500 m2 and a production plant of 2500 m2 with fully equipped warehouse space.
- Mikoterm pays a lot of attention to the protection of the environment, so it built a solar power plant with a capacity of 58kW on its premises, and the heating and cooling systems on the premises are based on the most energy-efficient solutions. All obtained solar energy is primarily used for own needs, while any excess energy produced is transferred to the national distribution network.
The facilities are completely built in accordance with the highest standards and arranged according to the needs of employees to achieve high production efficiency. Mikoterm complex is completely in harmony with the natural environment that surrounds it, it is located on a busy road that connects two municipalities, and there is also a highway connection nearby.
To this day, Mikoterm has remained consistent with the vision and foundations that have been laid since its foundation.
Fair to business partners and end customers, primarily in human relations, and then in quality.

Electric boiler TK-Profesional 40 ÷ 240kW
Electric boilers TK-Professional 40÷240kW are compact devices intended for heating larger residential or commercial buildings. The boiler body is made of sheet steel, tested at a pressure of 6 bar, while the maximum working pressure is 4 bar. The flanges with which the boiler is connected to the heating installation are located on the back side of the boiler. There is a filling and emptying tap on the return pipe of the boiler (lower), and a safety valve and an automatic venting pot on the pressure pipe (upper). The lower door covers the switchboard with complete boiler automation and regular clamps for connecting the power cable, as well as auxiliary terminals for connecting the control for the circulation pump and the room thermostat. The boilers are equipped with the "Multistage protection" protection system, which permanently monitors the temperature and pressure in the system. If the pressure or temperature approaches illegal values, it displays appropriate warnings on the display, and if the limit values of pressure or temperature are exceeded, it turns off all heaters, that is, in the third level of protection, it turns off the complete power supply of the device using voltage triggers, which guarantees safety. Boilers TK-Professional 40÷240kW can optionally be connected to a centralized monitoring and control system (BMS, SCADA,...), via the RS485 RTU module, using the ModBus protocol. The possibility of connecting up to 10 boilers (of the same power) in cascade mode with an additional Cascade regulator .

Electric boiler mTronic 7000 EU 6 ÷ 24kW
The new mTronic 7000 model is the most perfect electric boiler, derived from the eTronic 7000 model that Mikotherm produced for the German company Robert Bosch. Complete design and technical solutions were made at Mikoterm. The biggest advantage is the user interface, the way to monitor and protect both the boiler and the parameters of the complete heating system. In this model, as in all other models of Mikoterm boilers, only high-quality components from renowned domestic and foreign manufacturers are installed: Siemens, Wilo, Wago, Benedict, ETI, Zilio, Finder, Caleffi, Sintermetal... The boiler is controlled via a processor unit and a large LCD display. The processor unit ensures monitoring of all essential characteristics of the boiler and the heating system itself. This ensures safe and long-term operation of the boiler. The LCD display enables clear and precise setting of vital parameters on the device. Setting is maximally simplified via 4 soft touch buttons. Through the processor unit, the operating time of each heater separately, as well as the entire device, can be monitored. The operating mode can be set to normal and anti-freeze mode. Precise design ensures very easy work for repairmen and installers. The device has 4 levels of protection and warning alarms if some parameters are in critical values.

Electric boiler eCompact Plus 6 ÷ 27kW
The eCompact Plus series are block boilers that have the same dimensions as the mTronic, with identical hydraulic parts of the boiler, but for less demanding users. It is intended exclusively for heating, it is not intended for the preparation of domestic hot water. The user module consists of two seven-segment displays and LEDs that signal which parameter is displayed on the display. Also, the setting is maximally simplified with three soft touch buttons below the display. Work is controlled by a microprocessor unit. With its functionality and quality, this boiler has positioned itself in the category of premium boilers. Reliability in operation and service characteristics are, as with all Mikoterm models, at the top level.

Electric boiler for Heat pump support TK - eLG 6kW
The boiler TK-eLG is intended to support the heat pump. This device does not have a working thermostat (it has a protective thermostat), but it forwards the information from the temperature sensor to the thermoregulator of the heat pump. The thermoregulator of the heat pump decides whether and when the electric heater will be switched on. The electric boiler TK-eLG plays an important role for the proper operation of the heat pump that uses ecological gas R32 for which the standard does not allow the installation of electric heaters in the heat pump housing. The control unit of the heat pump will activate the boiler TK-eLG in the following situations: 1. If the water temperature is less than ≈20 °C, the heat pump will not be able to start without preparation (heating) using an electric heater. 2. Defrosting when the air temperature is low can be time-consuming or impossible without the help of an electric heater. 3. On extremely cold days when the COP of the heat pump has the lowest value, el. the boiler is switched on as backup to keep the heating of the building at a comfortable level. 4. In case of failure (servicing) of the heat pump, the electric boiler takes over the heating of the building - until the pump is not in operation. The TK-eLG boiler is intended for wall mounting. The IP20 model is intended for indoor mounting and is fixed to the wall using the supplied mounting set. The IP54 model is intended for outdoor mounting. Thanks to the high degree of protection (IP54), it can be installed in the immediate vicinity of the heat pump, which simplifies the execution of the hydraulic installation and does not damage the interior of the residential building. It is produced in two variants with hydraulic connections on the left or right side of the boiler. When designing and installing, be especially careful when choosing the IP54 model, whether the hydraulic connections are on the left or right side of the boiler.

Electric boiler eTK 6 ÷ 45kW
The eTK model is intended for wall mounting. Small dimensions make this model suitable for installation in any part of the building. They have found application as a basic source of energy, but very often also as a backup solution with pellet, gas, wood boilers... The boiler can control the operation of an external pump. The boiler is controlled by a microprocessor thermoregulator that optimally uses each heater. The user can see the current temperature on the display at any time, or by moving through the menu, he can quickly and easily view all system parameters. This model, like the others, has the possibility of being controlled via a room thermostat. Unlike the previous model, in addition to the added microprocessor unit, maximum safety is ensured by adding a safety circuit consisting of a 3P automatic fuse with a voltage release, which cuts off the main power supply in case of overheating. Advanced software, based on dynamic temperature changes, modulates the engaged power of the heater, so that the set temperature of the boiler is precisely maintained with the lowest energy consumption.
