AIS XPRT press-fitting system for multilayer pipes offers a complete range of fittings made of brass, along with AIS multilayer pipes, for drinking water, domestic plumbing, and heating installations.

This is a multi-jaw fitting system, compatible with U, H, TH, and RFz profiles in diameters from 16mm to 32mm, and U and TH profiles in diameters from 40mm to 75mm.

An innovative, efficient, complete, and sustainable press-fitting range, which improves safety, respect for the environment and assembly, through a new design that provides greater lightness and uses high quality and resistant materials

BENEFITS:

• Safety: These fittings fulfil with LBP functionality (Leak Before Press) according to DVGW W 534. This function allows the quick identification of unpressed fittings during the pressure test of the installation. If the fitting is not pressed, leakage occurs as a warning and safety measure before the installation is completed.
• Provides maximum reliability: We have designed a patented anti-drag profile with three low profile O-rings that provide triple security compared to other similar fittings.
