Description

High performance, long-lasting, environmentally friendly glasswool product manufactured in blanket, prefabricated pipe and board form and used for heat and sound insulation and for fire safety.

It is used for thermal insulation, sound insulation, acoustic design, and for the purposes of fire safety.
Its classification as a "Class A1 Non-Combustible" (TS EN 13501-1) material is a very significant advantage for fire safety.
It does not degrade, decompose, become mouldy in time.
Thanks to its natural content, it does not degrade and is user friendly.
It is EUCEB certified as not harmful to human health;
With its EPD Document, it furnishes additional scores for buildings wishing to obtain LEED, BREEAM, DGNB, etc. certification.

The ODE STARFLEX Blanket Group is manufactured in the thermal conductivity range of λ = 0.032-0.044 W/(m.K).

AREAS OF USE

As thermal and sound insulation between two wall elements,
In double walled sandwich wall panels,
For acoustic applications,
For thermal and sound insulation of all types of screens and partitions, and of elevators, stair enclosures, and skylights,
For internal insulation of wooden buildings,
For attics, below roof rafters, and under sloping concrete sections,
For thermal insulation of external walls,
Between floors, under floating screed, on slab girders, and under travelling elements for thermal and sound insulation,
In flat and sloping terraced roofs, under floating screeds and plating, and in HVAC systems for impact sound insulation and sound insulation.

ODE ROCKFLEX

ODE Rockflex is a rock wool insulation material containing 97% natural fibers, obtained from basalt mineral molten into fibrous form at high temperatures. ODE ROCKFLEX is the ideal insulation material for buildings for its capacity of sound as well as thermal insulation, and for its non-flammable properties; and for installations and industrial applications for its high temperature resistance, fire resistant varieties, and its wide product range including various densities.

AREAS OF USE


BLANKET:

Used for thermal and sound insulation and fireproofing of tanks, boilers, exchangers, and ovens at industrial applications such as
thermal power plants
cement, sugar and iron-steel factories,
and shipyards.


BOARD:

PARTITION BOARD

Non-flammable, long-lasting panels made of rock wool, containing water repellent admixtures, used for thermal and sound insulation of building interiors.

Used as internal insulation between and below rafters, on suspended ceilings, attic floors, wooden floors, elevator shafts,
partition walls and inside insulation of exterior walls.

AIR CONDITIONER BOARD

Rockwool panel covered on one side with aluminum foil.

Used in air conditioning and ventilation ducts.

INDUSTRIAL BOARD

Boards used for thermal, sound, and fire insulation in temperatures up to 760°C in industrial areas.

Used in steel constructions,

ODE R-FLEX

It is a thermal insulation material manufactured from elastomeric rubber foam material in the form of board and pipe.

It is the insulation material of choice for air conditioning and cooling systems for its thermal insulation performance and high water vapor resistance. It is manufactured in various thicknesses and widths.

ODE R-FLEX is manufactured in two groups, PRM (Premium) and STD (Standart), and with various types of jacketing.

PROPERTIES:

  • Elastomeric rubber foam used for insulating chilled water and cooling system installations.
  • It offers ideal solutions for heating, cooling installations and for ventilation systems.
  • It offers maximum savings with its low thermal conductivity.
  • It does not transmit water vapor thanks to its high µ (water vapor diffusion resistance factor) value.

It is not affected by mold and microorganisms
