Blauberg Axis-Jet-CI, Axis-Jet-VI, Centro-Jet: high-performance jet and centrifugal fans for car parks and tunnels

Series of axial jet and centrifugal fans from Blauberg Ventilatoren designed for general purpose ventilation of underground and semi-opened parking, ventilation of tunnels, smoke extraction in case of a fire. The fans generate a high-speed and high-pressure directed air jet.

Blauberg Axis-Jet-CI, Axis-Jet-VI

The Axis-Jet axial jet fans are designed for continuous operation at air temperatures up to +55 °C, as well as for moving smoke and air mixtures with temperatures up to +400 °C for 120 minutes in smoke extraction mode. Designed for horizontal ceiling mounting by means of mounting brackets.

· Design

The fan casing is made of polymer coated steel. The fans are available in two casing versions: cylindrical (Axis-Jet-CI) and octagonal (Axis-Jet-VI). The Axis-Jet-VI model has a reduced height, a hinged hatch for electrical installation with captive bolts and a detachable middle part for maintenance. This solution greatly simplifies access to the electric motor with the impeller and unit maintenance. The fans have a sound insulation of mineral wool.

· Motor

The units are equipped with a three-phase asynchronous motor with a short-circuit rotor, rated for a voltage of 400 V (50 Hz). The motor design ensures operation of the fan in unidirectional and reversible modes. The motor ingress protection rating is IP55.

· Impeller

The dynamically balanced impeller is made of cast aluminium alloy (for fans of smoke extraction systems) or of glass-fibre reinforced polyamide (for fans of general industrial use). The reversible fans are equipped with a 100 % reversible two-directional impeller.

Blauberg Centro-Jet

The Centro-Jet induction centrifugal fans are designed for continuous operation at air temperatures up to +55 °C, as well as for moving smoke and air mixtures with temperatures up to +400 °C for 120 minutes in smoke extraction mode. Available in two modifications: one-speed and two-speed. Designed for horizontal ceiling mounting by means of mounting brackets.

· Design

The fan casing is made of polymer coated steel. Due to low height of the casing the fan is recommended for use in low-ceilinged rooms. The protecting grille on the intake side prevents ingress of foreign objects into the fan. A deflector is installed on the discharge side of the fan to ensure correct air flow distribution.

· Motor

Single- or double-speed 4-, 6- or 8-pole asynchronous motors are used. The motors are rated for 400 V power mains voltage and 50 Hz frequency. The motor ingress protection rating is IP55.

· Impeller

The impeller with backward curved steel blades.

Blauberg KOMFORT EC SB 250: flexible solution for cottages and apartments

The KOMFORT EC SB 250 unit is the ideal solution for ventilation of single-family houses and apartments with the required air flow of up to 365 m3/h. High efficiency and compact dimensions in combination with the BlauFast semi-rigid air duct system make it possible to create a flexible solution for any client both during the renovation and construction phases.

The unit is equipped with a modern control system S21 with a wide range of automation capabilities, which allows controlling the ventilation unit using a smartphone or a sensor panel, changing operation modes depending on air quality indicators, integrating it into the building management system (BMS). Blauberg Hybrid Max S21: new hybrid two-in-one air handling unit

Hybrid air handling unit for energy efficient ventilation of private homes, offices, hotels, cafes, conference rooms, and other residential, commercial and public premises. It can also be used as a centralized air handling unit with an option of connecting ducting.

The unit is equipped with a heat exchanger, which allows retaining heat and moisture contained in the extract air, thereby providing a comfortable microclimate and ensuring energy saving. The enthalpy heat exchanger has a high efficiency of heat (up to 89%) and moisture recovery (up to 60%). The maximum air flow of the units reaches 190 m3/h. The unit has a low noise level: the sound pressure generated by the Blauberg Hybrid Max S21 unit is from 18 dBa.

The built-in controller allows integrating the units into a Smart Home system or Building Management System (BMS) via the Modbus interface using the RS -485, WI-FI and Ethernet protocols. The unit can be controlled using a mobile application via Wi-Fi. The unit operation can be controlled via an air quality sensor (optionally available).

The Blauberg Hybrid Max S21 unit is equipped with an automatic draft damper and a bypass for summer ventilation. Preheating is optionally available to protect the unit from freezing. The unit is equipped with coarse and fine filters, which ensures high level of air purification.
