GSWT® - recooling plants

GSWT® - recooling plants
Description
The recooling plants equipped with GSWT® technology use the advantages: high degree of exchange, high redundancy and low tendency to fouling.
This results in: low air volumes (sound), high operational reliability and operation even with polluted outside air.
The GSWT® recoolers are offered in three variants:
- Glycol recooler without humidification.
- Glycol recooler with humidification, no spraying
- Water recooler with humidification, without glycol addition, with return air bypass (special design with electronic frost protection)
For designs with humidification, the 42nd BImSchV also applies. However, in the case of SEW® , humidification takes place via surface humidifiers, without spraying, and thus no aerosols are produced. This essential difference is not considered in the 42nd BImSchV, whereby the aerosols are carriers of 'Legionella'.
With a suitable composition, it is also possible to humidify with city water, or blended water and correspondingly low water supply costs. No use of chemicals.
Via the special SEW® control, the GSWT® recooling plants get by with low water requirements.
The 2-stage heat exchanger/humidifier circuit gets by with the smallest amount of air, the 2nd stage requires only 2.4 m in length, so that very compact recooling solutions are possible.
