Working Principle
The Pumped Expansion and Pressurization Unit ensures stable operation of heating and cooling systems by balancing pressure changes. When water temperature rises, the expanded water is drawn from the system and stored in the expansion tank within the unit. When the temperature drops, the missing water is pumped back into the system. This keeps the system pressure constant at ±0.1 bar accuracy, prevents energy losses, and extends equipment lifespan. The internal baffle plates prevent temperature stratification and allow water to move evenly. VEGA Vacuum Degasser
Over time, air dissolved in system water can cause corrosion in pipes and fittings, leading to energy losses and reduced system efficiency. The VEGA Vacuum Degasser removes these harmful gases from the system using vacuum-based gas separation, protecting system health and reducing operating costs.
Water from the system is drawn into the vacuum chamber under negative pressure, where air is effectively separated and expelled through the purge system.
