Established in 1992, Eko Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş started to operate in the production of PPR pipes and fittings in 1995.
In 2010,with a customer oriented working approach, it became a contractor company active in the field of brass hot forging and machining in line with technical drawings and images. The company continues its efforts to meet the increasing product variety of companies providing services in many fields such as sanitary ware, heating, cooling systems and similar areas that do not have a standard product range.
Our company continued to operate under the roof of group companies, and sustains its growth in the sector with an innovative understanding by continuously improving its production line with its modern and technological machinery investments in a short time.
Production Types ;
- Hot Forging : We have both vertical and horizontal forging capacities with our several hot forging presses in different tonnages in our press shop.
While we forge millions of productions of many products in complex forms in our automatic presses with a robotcontrolled pressing force of 150-300 tons, we make use of our manual presses for low quantity production with easy form.
- Machining : Thanks to the mechanical Trtansfer Machines and CNC transfer benches, multi-spindle automation benches, spherical machining benches, CNC-controlled lathes and machining centers in our machining department, we have the ability to process all kinds of parts at high speeds and with precision.
- CNC Machining : In our automatic machine department, our multi-spindle and CNC-controlled sliding automatic machines can produce machining parts from the most precise rod for 24/7.
Thanks to our multi-spindle automatic machines, we are able to mass-produce many rods and precision-worked products up to Ø51 dimensions.
Our auto-loading CNC machines use the most advanced CAM programs to handle even very complex parts.They are equipped to process with 5 micron precision.
Production Sections ;
- Nickel Coating : Our Coating department works with its fully automatic facility for our customers who demand nickel coated products. Our facility with a coating capacity of 150 tons per month succeeds in keeping the coating quality at the desired sensitivities by making a solution partnership with the coating chemicals manufacturer.
- Metal Molding : With our fully equipped molding room and expert team, we produce our casting molds in-house by keeping the product quality at the highest level in line with the demands and expectations of our customers.
In addition to casting molds, our company also designs and produces cutting molds and special-purpose equipment, and provides technical and R&D services to its customers, when requested, in line with its experience from design to production. In this way, it contributes to product development at low cost and to meet product quality expectations.
- Plastic Injection Molding : The first stage of mold production is the design of the desired mold model with CAD software in line with customer demands and needs. The mechanical structure of all the elements that make up the mold is finished at the design stage and the necessary data is made ready for CNC Programming (CAM Programming / Surface Treatments) and production. A
prototype is prepared and examined for the customer.
The assembly is completed by bringing together the parts that are processed from the production and the standard
necessary materials. The mold is sent to the plastic injection section for testing.
