Our fully welded HYBRID heat exchanger is a special plate heat exchanger to be installed in nearly all industrial applications. It is suitable for chemistry, petro chemistry, sugar-, food- and pharma industry and many more. This heat exchanger successfully combines the advantages of the conventional shell & tube heat exchanger with those of a plate heat exchanger. It can be adapted to almost all thermal conditions can also be used as an evaporator or condenser. Its compact design (250 m2 / m3) provides a low weight solution. The fully welded design does not have any gaskets at all. Any stressing will only result from the process conditions themselves.

The Brazed Plate Heat Exchangers is designed to achieve the maximum transfer of heat between two media of different temperatures, without allowing the media to mix. The Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger is constructed of several layers of baffl ed stainless steel plates. The unique stamping pattern of the baffl ed plates maximizes the effectiveness of the heat transfer. The plates within a Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger are made of AISI 316L (1.4404) stainless steel, pressed and jointed to a plate pack and brazed with a 99.99% pure copper brazing agent using a vacuum oven process.
