With more than 12,000 square meters workshop and 8,000 square meters warehouse; HONSON is able to produce 30 standard 20’ containers (500 tons) per month. The whole production process is monitored and managed finely and digitally, which ensures the traceability of each product from the raw material to the finished product. More than 400 sets automatic equipment improves the process stability and processing accuracy. HONSON is equipped with more than 20 kinds of testing instrument, covering all quality control and inspection from raw materials to finished products, including raw material analysis, function test, dimension check and so on. The quality inspection is conducted throughout the whole process, including the incoming inspection, initial sample inspection, routine inspection and final inspection.
HONSON is certified with ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015; has been approved by BSCI. We have got 6 popular product approvals (DVGW, WRAS, SABS, ACS, AENOR and CE) for European and South Africa market. And WATERMARK approval for Australia market will be completed in 2023.
